Pad Thai Cuisine

Let me tell you, Pad Thai did not disappoint! I ordered the Thai Fried Rice with Chicken, and from the first bite, I knew I had made the right choice. The flavors were well-balanced, the rice was cooked to perfection, and the combination of egg, tomatoes, carrots, peas, onions, and scallions added a great texture and depth to the dish.What really stood out was how fresh everything tasted. The seasoning was just right--not too salty, not too bland, but packed with that signature Thai flavor. I even added some Jasmine rice leftovers later, and it still hit the spot!Will I Be Back? Absolutely!

Pretty run of the mill Thai food. Would not recommend the Pad Thai with Shrimp. The shrimp had a fishy taste and looked overcooked. The Pad Thai was soupy and a little on the sweet side. Would have preferred more char. I also ordered the Tom Kha as well. It's was fine. The coconut taste was subtle.I would say that this restaurant is hit or miss just don't get your dishes with shrimp.They've been around since this shopping center opened which is rare in Austin.

Ordered from Pad Thai Cuisine through a delivery service and was pleasantly surprised by how prompt they got the order prepared after it was placed! All of the items that I ordered were pretty solid. Their mango sticky rice had a nice presentation despite being in a to go box and all sauces were packaged separately! Their pangang curry worh beef was a decent portion that contained a good amount of meat. I was pleasantly surprised by their calamari, not something I'd usually order at a Thai place but it was fair priced. The breading was light and overall not too greasy. For a delivery order I honestly have no complaints and everything was packaged and tasted just as expected! I can see myself offering from here again!

They had a promotion on Postmates for Pickup 25% off Pad See Ew so I gave it a try even though the Yelp rating is not great and I'm glad I did! The portion was great and the food was ready very quickly which is what you need from Pad Thai. I like spice so I ordered Level 4/High which was wayyy too spicy but I don't fault the restaurant for that; if you're a spice lover, I'd say Level 3/Medium will give you a kick without burning your tongue off. The beef was a little overcooked and tough and the spinach was hard to get down at times. I'll be back to try something else .

Ordering:I ordered my food there and waited for it, but it wasn't a long wait after I ordered so that was good. The lady ordering my food was helpful. Food:I noticed the food was lacking maybe a few spices and could use a some extra flavor. The mixture of flavors just wasn't what I was hoping for, but the food was okay. I would try this place again, but would select another entree.

Haven't had the best of luck with calling an order in, so I decided to go in person and order there to go. The cons: maybe it's under staffing, but it takes forever to place an order. I was waiting for at least 20 minutes and nobody came to the register. Several other people were also waiting there to either place orders or pick up to-go orders, and we waited for so long before anyone came. I ended up scanning a QR code and placing an online order while standing there and that ended up being quicker. Also for context, only 2 parties were seated. Maybe the staff were busy with to-go orders? The pros: the food was delicious. Although the ordering process was not ideal, the food was tasty. I ordered a beef pad Thai and the shrimp spring rolls. The food took about 20 minutes to make (shorter than the ETA given via email), so no complaints there!I'd love to come back to this place, but I hope they can optimize their service a little more.

Pad Thai Cuisine is a solid choice for Thai food! Previously tried their soup Tom Kha, honestly it lacked some seasoning. This time I wanted to try noodles and rice, I got the Pad Thai and Basil Fried Rice (+ dessert), and all were flavorful and cooked perfectly. The sweet dessert I tried here was amazing, but it's a secret! Service was quick and friendly. The restaurant itself has a cozy, welcoming vibe--I'll definitely be back to dine in next time!

As a mueller resident, it's definitely nice to have a solid Thai take-out spot nearby -- which is really my go-to cuisine of choice when it comes to take-out. This location is pretty standard and serves its purpose, but doesn't necessarily stand out. It hits the spot for a casual meal and I don't think anyone would be disappointed, but isn't really something to really plan a night around or expect anything memorable from

Let us all support this and other local and family owned business.I love this place so much.I used to be one of their regular customers and became one of their lucky employees.Yes, I used to be a regular customer and not anymore because I moved out of Austin and now living in San Francisco. But before moving to a different state and city, I had the chance to be one of their amazing team for a year.I know the inside and outside of the business. I became their regular customer because the first time I ate here, I was treated so much kindness, care and love. From the host, the busser, the server and the owner. They were all so hands on in making sure that I'll be comfortable and in good hands. It wasn't only the service that striked me. It was also their authentic and sumptuous food. And then, some personal things happened and shifted. A friend of mine told me that they are hiring, I applied and the owner was very happy and kind to accept me. The team was very eager and patient to teach me. I worked in the kitchen as a prep, a QA, then as a server. When I became one of their employees, I understood how much pressure and stress the employees get whenever it get busy, whenever customers act like they're above everyone else. The employees of this restaurant are the doing the best they could to give the best service and the best food possible.I know that this is a business, but in my personal experience, for some people who think that this is just a business for people who are trying their best to make a living, well, for the staff of this restaurant, this is their livelihood. It's sad that people would want this business to suffer and close. You can give comments and feedback but at least do it humanely, do it with intergrity and not with hate and bitterness.The owner of this restaurant always makes sure to give the best returns, love and care to its employees and I can attest to that. I hope, this helps people realize that because you are paying someone it doesn't mean you have all the right to treat the staff and this place unworthy.

The Togo food is always about 20 mins in the dinner time, pretty quick! The place is nice and cool inside with AC and fast seating. I recommend for pickup and dine in. The ladies up front and Mal are very efficient when taking my order during the week and on this visit.
