If you like fried food, I guess this is their specialty. We ordered broiled snapper, and it was inedible. It tasted like it was cooked from frozen. Zero flavor. The only thing that tasted good was the Cole slaw.

Food was delicious!! The service was amazing. Price was reasonable. I love that it's made fresh and hot when you order. The decor in the restaurant is nice. Definitely enough seating for large groups. My family and I do recommend Pacific Star!

A nice little hole in the wall. Friendly staff and plenty of TVs to watch sports. if you blink you may miss it. Good seafood, one of the few places in town you can get oysters on the half shell. East side I-35 access road just south of 79 Look quick you could miss it

Based off the stars I was mot expecting to be impressed with food or atmosphere. This is truly a hidden gem. we had the stuffed catfish, which was rich with flavor and a hearty portion. Kids plates would feed an adult. We also had a dozen oysters that were superb! Service was on point. Food was hot when It was brought to the table , drinks stayed full!

I had not been here in several years and thought I would give it a try again. On a Sunday afternoon there was no wait to be seated, and you seat yourself. I believe they have a staff shortage as most everyone else does but the service was pretty quick. It does smell like a seafood place in there so be ready.We ordered the gumbo and the Pacific Star Special which was several different fried items. The gumbo was hot, but required some additional spice for me. It wasn't bad but a little too watery.The catfish, shrimp and oysters were pretty good. The stuffed crab was a pretty dry but the hushpuppies and fries were ok. It all kind of tasted the same which is what happens when everything is battered and fried the same. Next time I will try the blackened versions of these and see how it goes.

Just off of I-35 in Round Rock. Our first dine in experience since the COVID-19 lockdowns started. They have plenty of space including outdoor tables so easy to social distance. The crawfish was good. Nice spicy, cajun flavor. It's around $10 a lb which is reasonable. Would liked to see them include some new potatoes and corn on the cob to this dish, but otherwise, it was very good. The fried jumbo shrimps were on point. Fresh tasting, light cornmeal batter, plump and a good size. Tartar sauce was nice as were the crinkle fries and garlic bread. Nothing really fancy about this place just good, tasty seafood.

Best Seafood restaurant in town. The staff is nice and the food is excellent. The owner genuinely cares about his customers and employees. Highly recommended!

The service was welcoming, but the food was terrible. I ordered the fried shrimp platter and it tasted like they dipped it in plain cornmeal and threw in the fryer. It had not one pinch of seasoning and was just extremely bland. Others at my table ordered the catfish that looked good, but lacked any flavor as well. The price of the food was waaaaayy too expensive for their portion size. I could have gotten two 50 piece family packs at wing-stop or plates for five at longhorn steakhouse for cheaper than what we paid for. WARNING: Steer clear and just go anywhere else. Pictured is the shrimp, I literally could only eat one.

Have been eating here for years, even through the Covid era. These people are still top-notch and reasonably priced and you get a plate full of food. If you haven't tried it you need to.
