We picked up food to go and were a little disappointed. The cheese was burned and made the carne asada tacos terrible. When we eat them at the Q2 stadium they are freaken delicious so maybe just don't get them to go. Also had the gowalla tacos which hit the spot. The queso was also hot when we got home but hardened pretty quick. We will try it again soon.

My first time at any One Taco location and I'm sure we will be back. People in Austin talk about the great tacos but as someone who moved here from Southern California, it seems hard to find a good taco. But One Taco really seems to capture the authenticity of a street taco. I tried their carne asada and Al Pastor and we tried both the street tacos size and their regular "Los Tacos" size. It seems the ingredients are the same. I'm not sure what meat they use for the carne asada but it's very different from carne asada I've come to expect from any traditional taco shop in SoCal. It's not bad, but the meat they use just has a different flavor that doesn't take like good steak.Likewise, the Al Pastor is good... but just different. They do have the meet cooking on a turning spit. They seem to cut bigger, thicker slices of the al pastor than what I am used to. They sprinkle chopped onion and cilantro and overall, the taste was good. They have red and green salsa to use on the tacos and I really liked their green salsa. I'm not sure if the tortillas are hand made on site but they don't taste like it. Overall, the food is good but it could be better. I'm sure we will come back but we aren't going to go out of our way to eat here.

Great to have a new place nearby but it's really not that great. Love that it has breakfast tacos but the tortillas are out of a bag and dry. The drinks are also limited. Sunrise has better tacos just a longer drive...

Enjoyed that they serve authentic Mexican food. You have to order at a counter first, and h then they take your plate to your table. Nice small cozy place. My only suggestion for improving is that the street tacos need to have more meat in them. I got the chicken tacos and was not impressed with the portion of each taco. Also would like a spicier salsa. Other than that very delicious.

Very pleased OneTaco is now available in Bee Cave! I have been a big fan of their other locations. The food is excellent. My favorite is the Carne Asada and Breakfast Tacos. All the food is prepared fresh.

I had the pleasure of trying this taco spot for the first time, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted, setting a welcoming tone right away. The service was impressively quick, and our food came out in no time.Having grown up in San Diego, I've always been particular about Mexican food, and I'm not usually a fan of Tex-Mex. This place, however, is the real deal--authentic Mexican cuisine with bold, incredible flavors. You can tell the two hardworking men behind the counter are passionate about what they do, and it shows in the quality of their food.If you're looking for truly authentic Mexican food, made with care and served with pride, this is the place to go. I'll definitely be back!

Disappointment. I was excited to know Onetaco was a little closer to me. I will continue to drive the extra 10 min to go to their northwest location. Ordered a barbacoa taco like usual didn't Know I was getting a taquito.
