Came here for the first time with my friends. We arrived when they first opened up at 12pm and got a nice area outside along their patio with a beautiful view of the lake and trees. Coming from Hawaii and living in Texas where all we have is a flat terrain as far as the eyes can see, it was really nice to see cliffs and lots of trees. We ordered the chicken tenders, chicken wings, and parmesan truffle fries. Nothing special about the food, but it is very flavorful. For beer, we ordered the Lemondrop, Little Heffer, and Cake. I'm more of a scotch and whiskey guy so beer isn't my cup of tea. The menu is pricey, but they do give a lot. What I don't like is they're charging a 20% gratuity fee for all transactions for cash or card. I think that's pretty ridiculous. Sorry, we were unable to take photos of the food.Staff are very friendly. Lots of parking in a smaller lot and/or large parking structure. Lots of tables to chill at.

Great location, cool views and relaxing vibes.Service and atmosphere:This is a great place overlooking Lake Travis. This brew bar offers great views, relaxing atmosphere, live music and good selection of drinks to keep you happy. The service was very good. The bartenders were friendly and helpful.Drinks:You can choose beer and cocktails. Wine was limited to one bottle only, however, the Cabernet was very good. Drinks we ordered were prepared well. Be advised that 20% gratuity is automatically added to every order so you do not have to worry about the tips, unless you want to tip extra.Pricing:$$ - average for Austin area.

Despite the incredible views, the atmosphere felt like a run-down ghost town. There were no waiters; we had to order from our phones and were hit with a 20% service fee on top of already high prices. The food was terrible -- a cheeseburger with fries, grilled cheese with tomato soup, one beer, and a soda cost a staggering $56. The experience was far from worth it. Go for the view, but don't expect much else.

We were visiting Austin for the weekend and wanted to see the lake. It was a randomly super cold day so we took some pictures and found refuge in the brewery. We got a table right by the window so we had a view of the lake and enjoyed our beers. It was pretty quiet and they said they were closing at 4, which worked out fine for us, we finished our beer, took these cute pics and headed out.

Great spot for a tasty beverage. The views are great. The selection of beer is decent. We didn't get to try the food (made the mistake of going to the Oasis restaurant next door), but everything looked good. Lots of seating outside to enjoy the views. The outdoor bar has liquor options if you want something other than beer. We would come back again, especially to try the food.

This brewery is unbelievable. The Nashville Hot Agave Fried Chicken Sandwich was so delicious. It was flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The fries were crispy and the ranch was a perfect dip on the side. The view was beautiful and just overall a great spot for hangouts or a date.

Came here for the sunset and it was an amazing view. Huge patio area. Good selection of cocktails and beer. Pool tables and a few other games available. Parking was convenient with a free garage across the street but they also have valet if that's something you prefer. Considering there was a rush with the sunset crowd our drinks were made quickly.

You really come here for the views. The beer being decently good is an added bonus. My buddy thought I would enjoy some nice touristy views with some good brews. He got that right! I had a couple of beers before we needed to get to our next place. I went with the lighter beers which were good, but not too memorable. They did the trick. It looks like they have a pretty large selection and some good looking Apps. The only "bad" thing was that their beers were a bit on the expensive side, especially since they made it themselves and they weren't beers that historically are expensive to make. I think some of that was due to supply and demand since you are on the side of a large hill overlooking the lake. Again, the views are what you are paying for here, but the drinks weren't too shabby either!

The vibe is pretty cool - it's a good place to take in the scenery. They have a nice patio and the indoor vibe is nice as well. However, their beer is VERY pricey. I had the Bear King Hefeweizen, and after tax and the MANDATORY 20% tip, it was $11.54 for ONE beer!I can get a six pack for less than that!Go for the views, but go somewhere else for the brews.

Super cool place! I grew up going to the original Oasis restaurant before it was what it is now, but even then they had a reputation for overpriced mediocre food. I came to the Oasis Texas Brewing after reading the reviews for better food at a better price but you still get the same great Oasis views. After visiting, I'd have to say that's all true. I give 4/5 stars for the automatic tip when there's not real table service. You either order at the bar or through a QR code that's on the table. Food runners will bring you your food but there's no real service that takes place. Overall, great experience. The Oasis is thill my favorite place in Austin to catch a sunset.
