Nourished ATX

I ordered the breakfast hash bowl and they truly live up to their promise of nourishing mind, body, and soul. The combination of sautéed kale, okra, fluffy sweet potatoes, and crunchy radishes and carrots was savory and balanced. My friend ordered the equally delicious Nourish Bowl, and I already know I'll be returning for that one soon.The space is lovely, with turf grass, misters to stay cool, plenty of picnic tables, and a variety of other food trucks. It's a nice and beautiful atmosphere.We waited about 20 minutes for our food, which wasn't too bad given the quality. However, they did put up a "closed" sign 30 minutes early, so I recommend arriving with plenty of time before closing to ensure you get a chance to enjoy it. Highly recommend!

Explored South Congress shopping district on our second day in Austin. Walked by numerous packed restaurants that seemed inordinately loud (why are so many businesses SO loud?!). Finally stumbled upon Nourish at The Lawn. Quiet outdoor seating (granted outdoor temp was 40 degrees). The healthy menu was appealing so we decided to brave the cold. We tried the Breakfast Hash (one with breakfast sausage & one with bacon). Food was perfectly prepared and delicious. I opted for the Lions Mane Matcha Latte; my husband enjoyed the Coconut Chai. Both drinks were creamy and flavorful.

Wonderful and intentional. Clean eats! This little truck can be a little hard to find but well worth looking for. I will return here for my visits to Austin. I'm lucky to have family that puts health at the top of their list. It's very hard to find a restaurant with NO SEED OILS! I was so impressed with my nourish bowl. I added tuna preserved in olive oil. We also had a breakfast sandwich and it was tasty. The biscuit was more falafel than anything and I'm here for it. I loved all of it! Everything made from scratch to feed your body premium nutrition including a variety of drinks. I had the hibiscus, lemon, salt and coconut water drink. Perfect when you are needing electrolytes or just refreshment. Can't wait to return!

Breakfast hash bowl with sausage: I ate every single bite. Everything complimented each other perfectly and in perfect proportion. The trailer was super cute and the picnic tables were comfortable enough. Thanks for a great lunch!

High quality ingredients served out of the cutest food trailer at The Lawn on South Congress. I don't usually eat breakfast but the gluten free sweet potato biscuit breakfast sandwich was delicious! The biscuit tasted like dessert. Amazing!

Cute spot. Great matcha lattes. The pumpkin muffin was just ok - a bit dry on the outside. There are quite a few food trucks in this area. Hard to pick one.

Nourished is such a Gem! The food is high quality and delicious, and the workers were so friendly. I got an amazing sweet potato breakfast sandwich, cookie dough protein bites, and bone broth and I am obsessed...I wish I lived in Austin because I'd come here weekly. Highly recommend especially if you are health conscious and gut sensitive!

Nourished ATX is a gem in Austin! If you haven't made your way out here, this place must visit. Michelle & Aya put so much effort and intentionality into their menu. High quality, clean food that will make you feel good. It won't be long before they have a brick & motar restaurant up because their menu is so good, be sure to visit them soon!

If you want to eat something delicious and healthy this is the type of food truck you must try. Owners are super mega friendly with the best vibe. I had the yoghurt parfait and it was just beyond perfection. I'm coming back to it !

This healthy food truck is delicious and has gluten free, dairy free, allergy friendly options. The owner has allergies and is super helpful. If you're looking for a healthy meal, snack, or tasty matcha, I'd definitely recommend it!
