Once you walk inside there's a little bit of magic...dirty 6th street disappears and you're transported into the cutest coffee shop. It's a small space attached to the dead rabbit pub so keep that in mind, though there is bar seating and a few lounges. The baristas were nice and got through the line quickly. We tried the viral iced tiramisu latte and an oat milk hot vanilla latte. I almost closed my eyes on my first sip of the vanilla latte. It was so creamy! The tiramisu latte was good too and I appreciated that it wasn't overly sweet! They also have pastries from Epicerie that looked delicious, but instead we tried the breakfast burrito and sandwich. They were both good and the portions were large. Definitely could have split the burrito.

This place is cute as can be for 6th Street, but it opens later than your usual coffee shop (8 a.m.), so don't expect to get much out of it before work hours, aside from a to-go coffee and a pastry. They do have food, but I wasn't able to try it because their kitchen doesn't open until 9 a.m. So, if you're a freelancer or a work-from-coffee shop person, keep that in mind. Otherwise, it seems like a cozy spot to post up and work. The tiramisu latte is available hot for those who fell into the social media curiosity spell like I did. I was fortunate to be in Austin during the cold snap, so the iced option everyone was raving about was out of the question. I didn't pay $10 for it, though, as another review said, but maybe it's because I didn't ask for a milk alternative. Although my receipt was strangely labeled as "hot chocolate," who knows?

I would not recommend Neighbourhood Cafe. I got their specialty latte the tiramisu latte iced with skim milk. Literally payed a total of $9 for this drink. Nothing special at all and ridiculously expensive. There are many other coffee shops down town that aren't nearly as expensive and taste just as good if not better.

One of the newer spots on sixth street right next to the dead rabbit. Quick and friendly service. I got hit with the ya'll right off the bat and felt like an honorary Texan. Coffee is great perfect balance of not too sweet. The place itself was very cool. Comfortable seating and people were friendly. Highly recommend.

Stopped by this place after a workout at Soul Cycle down the street and also because of all the hype! I tried the famous tiramisu coffee (it's sweet) and their baked goods (sweet and savory) and I can confirm it's all delicious! The ambiance is very rustic old NYC vibes but with cute plants all over. The service/baristas were very nice and patient with explaining the menu. It's definitely on the pricey side for what you get but the location's rent has to be expensive lol. A must try if you're in Austin or in the area and want coffee!

Neighbourhood Cafe is the Austin location of a cafe from Belfast, Ireland. It's connected to the Dead Rabbit Pub, so route to that if you're having trouble finding it. I saw so many people trying their tiramisu latte on social media, so I had to go see what all the hype was about! My friend and I visited on a Friday afternoon, and the small shop was crowded with people working on their laptops. After a few minutes of waiting around, we were able to snag a seat on one of their couches with an outlet available. There are only a couple seats with outlets open in the whole shop, so keep that in mind if you're planning to stay and work for a while.I ordered:- Iced Tiramisu (6/5): I usually just order plain iced lattes since I don't like overly sweet coffee, so I was a little nervous about how sweet this one would be. It was actually perfect for me! There's no description of how the latte is made, but it tasted like chocolate (or maybe cocoa powder) mixed into the latte itself with a whipped mascarpone cream on top and more cocoa powder. The result is a drink that tastes just like tiramisu, not too sweet and heavy on the coffee and chocolate flavors. If you have the time, order it for here so you can get it in a cute glass!- Charred Chicken Caesar Salad (4/5): After eating out all week, I really needed some veggies so I decided to go for this salad. It is $20, which is extremely expensive for just a normal salad, but the portion is massive. I would recommend splitting this with someone if you can, or planning to take half of it home for later. This tasted exactly how it sounds, but in my opinion you can never go wrong with a Caesar salad. The best part of this whole experience was definitely the staff! Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back here again to work or just for the iced tiramisu! Pro tip: their online menu has pictures of some of the food if you like to see what you're ordering in advance.

Loved the atmosphere but took a solid 20-25 min to get my drink. I wanted to enjoy my coffee there with some friend before work but ended up just getting it to go! Coffee was ok and still a bit too sweet for my taste.

This shop is a slender entrance to the right of a pub, and just west of Voo Doo Donuts. It is a nice addition to "dirty 6th" - refreshing inside to stop and enjoy a latte. We also tried some of the specials including the Shakerato and they were good. We were happy to see their syrups are made in-house. They have pastries in the morning, but may run out on busier days. Parking may be troublesome but the folks were nice.

Haven't gotten to try their food but the tiramisu was delicious. Shakerato was ok. Drinks a bit on my pricier side for the tiramisu at least. Would definitely give it another go to try their food. Overall quaint comfy establishment.
