The food was authentic and excellent taste. I'll be back, again and again. The staff were young but helpful. A small, simple restaurant with excellent Indian cuisine.

We visited recently from Houston, and from the outset we were impressed at their care - while the menu accuracy is certainly not perfect for the following, they still took time to list many dietary restrictions on their menu, and the owners were readily able to answer specifics/guide for good alternatives. Couple that with the welcome pappadams and we were already feeling encouraged. My wife and I got the Tadka Dal and Meal Plate with Baignan Bharta and Roti (heads up the meal plate means smaller portions of each if that wasn't obvious), and I got the Achari Chicken with a side of Jeera Rice after they flagged the Rogan Josh had yogurt. While the Tadka Dal was a little plain for us since we also make it, I'm still raving about the smoky flavor of their Baignan B (nicely balanced, strong flavors all around, spice enough for me without also making me a widower). And while the gravy on the Achari Chicken was nicely robust, we loved how knowledgeable the owners were about their cuisine - good recommendations on other flavors for next time, ideas in how we could do similarly in our own kitchen, and generally made the meal warmer for their inclusion. Looking forward to a return trip!

Craving Indian food, we decided to give this place a try. We ordered samosa chaat, dal makhani, goat curry, garlic naan, and chai. While we hoped for a comforting, home-style experience, it sadly fell short--especially with the chai. The dishes lacked the warmth and care we were expecting.

We absolutely fell in love with Natkhat Flavors. The staff treated our large party like royalty and the entire evening was awesome. All of the dishes tasted delicious and their unique flavors really blossomed. All of the appetizers were amazing. The Rogan Josh was our favorite dish. All of the chicken was sadly overcooked and dry but the tasty flavor made a good effort to make up for that.

Amazing food and very friendly service! We had a few dishes after they gave us samples and will definitely come back again. They have an indoor and outdoor seating with plenty of parking! Highly recommended. One of the better Indian restaurants near Austin.

Glad to see an Indian restaurant in DS. Ordered the butter chicken and the chicken Afghani with a side of basmati rice and garlic naan bread. The curries were good, I liked the butter chicken better than the afghani. But I would say the free papadam and garlic naan bread were the highlights.Super friendly service and welcoming ambience.

Home cooking in a restaurant? Yes!!!This is the place to be when you want to really truly feel at home, the food has that unique specific "made with love" touch to it that is not at all easy to get.And oh yeah, the service matches too - they're friendly, they're nice, *they care*So yeah, go there, enjoy, be happy

The food at Natkhat is pretty great. Nothing to complain about at all. We have only ordered takeaway and each time it's been a correct order and a decent portion. I get the butter chicken and it's very good. We did get the garlic naan and it was soggy and not the greatest so we took off a star for that - I'm willing to bet though, if I ate it at the restaurant and not takeaway it would be better so once we eat it here they'd earn that last star! We are so thankful to have an Indian restaurant in Dripping Springs!! It's so much better than all the other chains - I'd pick it over them always.

This is our favorite restaurant in Dripping Springs - high quality, incredibly tasty food that we can always count on pleasing the whole family. The personal service feels like we're visiting friends. Much appreciate the grab and go meals as a great addition to the menu!

My dad and I eat Indian cuisine every chance we get, and found this restaurant through yelp on vacation. The atmosphere and employees were all welcoming.I can only base my review on what we ordered, and that was the "Palak Paneer." A dish I frequently order at my favorite local restaurant. This was extremely disappointing and bland. It was lacking the spices that Indian cuisine is famously known for. On top of that, it was served cold to us, and the oils separated. The samosas were also a bit doughy in the folds, and we did not know they were Not made-to-order. They are made ahead of time and sit in a countertop warming display. The higher prices did not correlate with the quality.
