Mi Trailita Y Mas

This is by far one of the best taco spots I've been to in Austin. The location is a bit of a hole in a wall but this place is a gem. I had migas, bistek (steak), and al pastor tacos. I also had the churros. Our food came with chips and salsa. The chips and salsa were delicious! The salsa was spicy and refreshing. The bistek tacos were by far my favorite. The al pastor tacos were also delicious. The churros were pretty bland and tasted stale or overcooked. I will definitely be back to have more delicious tacos!

Mi Trailita Y Mas sits next to a sketchy gas station and doesn't have the cleanest, most up-to-date establishment. The bathroom looks like a gross mess, and the surrounding buildings are pretty run down. However, I don't know of any other place in Austin where you can get a $7.50 torta that is loaded with beef, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and all the other good stuff they put in there. The torta alone was easily enough for 2 meals, and the portion sizes for the other dishes were also crazy. It's almost like inflation never hit this restaurant. The food was amazing, the quantity of food was insane, and the service was pretty good. Certainly a 5 in my book for the price.

This is a tiny hole-in-the-wall that is not to be missed! Do not sleep on the corn tortillas, they are delicious! I had huevos rancheros, and my husband had some tacos. Everything was so tasty and reminded us of growing up on the border. Try it out!

This is a hidden gem. I cannot pass off grabbing the Migas breakfast tacos with every one of my visits to Austin. The entire cheese-packed taco tastes fresh, the flour tortilla is steaming hot, and the tortilla strips are always crispy. They bring you 2 bottles of their homemade red & green salsa. I am a big fan of the green one, as it's creamy and cuts into the heat of the taco. We got complimentary chips & salsa and they had the right amount of spice, but I have a high tolerance, so be forewarned. The price of all this sits so well in my book. Like another review put it best, it's like inflation never hit a this place.The staff are all nice & very welcoming, and the music choice was the cherry on top. I found myself Shazamming every other song.So with all this, I hope you tip well!

We went here at night and the place located a quite sketchy mall - it was hard to find even though the address was correct. We actually went into nearby grocery store to look for it but it wasnt there lol. The tacos were good but I dont think they are anything crazy to rave about. The salsa is superrr spicy. It was pretty slow on a Friday night there were two of us and another table of guys. Service was basic, not too friendly or helpful. May be its the vibe of this place that is making me feel weird but I dont think I will be coming back with the high number of tacos spot in Austin.

We've been here a few times now and we love it. The BEST restaurants are the hole in the wall places that are family owned. This one is super authentic and they are so nice when you go to pick up your order. Okay, so the best way to tell if a restaurant is good is to see the crowd that is eating inside. If the crowd that is eating inside is similar to the cuisine being served then it's safe to say that the food will be damn good. The tacos here slay . Also their corn tortillas are bomb as hell. Most corn tortillas are weak, the ones here are strong and are probably handmade. They also have ingredients like nopales which is cactus and you don't see that everywhere. Their salsas are also super fresh and spicy! If you go, try the double corn tortillas with your breakfast taco you will not be disappointed.

Great tacos fresh hand made tortillas and quick service. It's one of the hole in the walls you can't pass up.

I have been here 3 times and get the same thing because if it ain't broken, don't fix it. The food is delicious, fresh and well seasoned. The service is quick and everyone is friendly. The tostadas are filling and the meat alone is so filling and mouth watering. The cooks/staff and owners should take pride because it shows that they enjoy what they do and they're great at it. I would absolutely recommend going 10/10! Great hidden gem

Ordered from uber eats and can't believe i didnt know about this place until recently! I love how each taco came individually wrapped and you can pick what toppings you want with it. We also ordered the churros and they were still warm and crunchy when it arrived - it was sooo yummy. Highly recommend this place! All of the tacos we had were delicious and the flour tortilla was fresh.

So glad I stumbled upon this place. Wow. Delicious. Just what you want in discada tacos. I got pastor meat with avo, cilantro, onion, & queso fresco. The green salsa is spicy but adds a great kick. The addition of the limes being warmed by the tacos really added to the flavor. I'll be back soon.
