Oh my gosh can you say YUM! This little hole in the wall place was a random pick after going to the urgent care next door and boy am I glad I stopped by. I got the BAT bagel sandwich and my goodness that thing was SO GOOD. I had to pull over in a random parking lot on my way home so I could demolish half the bagel lol. It was so yummy! I got the build your own waffle as well with chocolate chips and it was delish as well! I already want to go back and get more hehe. I would say the price for the waffle was a little high considering the size, but the taste is so good I would buy more. Service was extremely quick and the guys were super nice. Can't wait to go back

Mary's Café is a pretty nice spot along Red River St! It's in a somewhat nondescript square but has a distinctive storefront with "Mary's" spelled out in pink cursive. The café is on the smaller end so there's indoor seating available, just not a lot. There's a little bit of seating outdoors by the windows. I've come twice - the first time was in the early afternoon with some friends and it was busy, so it was hard to hear each other over the general chatter/bustle. The second time was in morning around 9 am, which was much better. In general would recommend coming by earlier, or taking things to-go. Parking is decent.Mary Street ($7.99, 3/5)- Pretty good! Would recommend if you're someone who likes sweet options for breakfast. The chocolate drizzle, cinnamon sugar, and cream cheese frosting paired nicely too. - Lower rating is for the price AND also not having strawberries (as advertised on the menu).Red River Wrap ($11.50, 4/5)- Whole wheat wrap (toasted) along with eggs, Monterey Jack, avocado, tomato, bacon + pork sausage, salsa- Good savory option but pretty standard in terms of flavorsOverall Mary's Cafe is a solid option with decent portion sizes, although the waffles are on the pricier side.

Food: The eggs were slightly overcooked, but they still had great flavor. The chai latte was delicious, and the waffle was decent.Service: There wasn't much service interaction but they were very nice at the cashier's.Ambiance: It can get a bit too loud inside for a relaxed conversation, but chatting is still manageable. It's a nice spot for a date outside of rush hours, though it may not be ideal for groups larger than four. The decor is stylish and adds to the vibe.Price: Reasonable and fair for the quality offered.

This place is such a hidden gem, I would not normally think to go here but my friend recommended it to me and I'm so glad we went there. The food was absolutely incredible for such a good price. I got the green grilled cheese- would definitely recommend ordering.

A great little place to stop in for an early lunch! We came in to this cute little place looking for late breakfast/early lunch and it hit the spot.Quick service, we were able to get a table amid the cozy little place, and food was great. The matcha latte wasn't too sweet (pretty mild). The sandwiches were very good - I got the honey mustard chicken wrap and my bf got the turkey bacon panini. Both were so good and we'd like to come back to try one of their wafflesFriendly people at the counter, and loved the art! Will be back

I get my nails done in this area and have walked by Mary's Cafe for the past few years. I finally stopped in, and I'm glad I did! The vibes are kind of like a classic NY-style bagel place, in the sense that there is some seating inside, but seems like more of a take-away spot. You order at the counter, and then wait a few minutes as your food is prepared. Everything was fresh and tasty! However, it is not something I see myself craving and going out of my way to get. But, when I am in the area, like when I am getting my nails done next door, I may find my way over.

Came here for a casual breakfast date and was delighted to find house made rosemary sea salt bagels! It was delicious by itself, but I wanted to be extra and ordered a lox bagel with tomato, capers, and cream cheese. It was packed with cream cheese. Probably could use less cream cheese and more lox, but was delicious nonetheless. The BAT bagel sandwich was even better- bacon, avocado, tomato, provolone, egg on a jalepeno cheddar bagel is everything a person could want in a breakfast sandwich!

Mary's is such a solid lunch spot. Got their Italian panini this time. Filling but not so full that I can't face the second half of work without a nap.

These waffles were packed with blueberries and served with cream cheese frosting and house-made granola. I really enjoyed it. The cream cheese frosting was pretty thick which I liked because I was able to get a little in every bite. The granola made me feel healthy so I convinced myself that this waffle was equivalent to eating a kale salad. do what you gotta do to feel good.
