Came here for dinner on a very chilly Tuesday evening and still had a decent wait time. I'd expect a wait and definitely recommend using the yelp tool to enter the line before arriving The service was friendly throughout and fairly speedy once we were seated I had the tan tan ramen and thought it was really good! While it has a warning that the spice level isn't adjustable, I'd say it was fairly light heat wise for a spicy ramen. I found sesame to be the dominant flavor and very much enjoyed it. The broth is chicken based so lighter than you'd get from a pork broth, but still very flavorful and soothing during our annual freezeI thought their variety of ramens was quite intriguing and will definitely have me coming back for future visits. Highly recommend if you're in search of ramen in the central Austin area

Wow this was awesome. My wife and I were looking for something hot to eat considering it was really cold outside, and we eventually decided on ramen. We haven't really had that many great experiences with ramen restaurants in the past, but this one was great! The servers were really nice, the wait time wasn't too bad either since it doesn't take a long time to get seated, eat, and then be on your way.Speaking of, our food came out really fast. Like really fast. Normally that's not good for a restaurant, considering it could have probably been in the microwave for some time, but for here that wasn't the case. I was surprised when everything came out so quickly and tasted hot, flavorful and fantastic.By the way, if you get the vegetarian option, your ramen will be full to the brim.I can't give it justice for how great the food was here, so I'd just go and experience it for yourself.

I absolutely love the location of this restaurant and the ambiance of this ramen place. But to say this is the best ramen in Austin - I couldn't. I would say this is a must try when you're in the area and want a warm nice bowl of ramen. They have a nice menu for ramen, rice bowls and apps but still focuses on ramen which is good. I definitely recommend getting their apps to share! I'd definitely go back if I'm in the area again.

Amazing ramen spot! I came here for lunch with coworkers and we all had an amazing time. The ramen was tasty, fast and generous portions. Restaurant has a nice vibe and the waitress was extremely sweet and helpful. I will definitely be back

Wow. Husband and I tried this place on a whim when we wanted to try something new and was in the area. Got there around 6ish, small 10 min wait. When we left? Like an hour wait. Glad we got there early!I'm a vegetarian, and they only have one vegetarian option but holy MOLY is it delicious. Fried tofu, egg, spinach, onions, peppers, and spinach noodles. It was SO good. Got it with a side of edamame and a hot chocolate (cuz it was cold outside). Everything was delicious! Husband got their most popular ramen. I can't remember the name but it's the first ramen listed in the menu. I can see why this place is so popular. Can definitely see myself returning!

It was packed on a Friday night but luckily there was first come first serve bar seating that we got lucky with :) I got the Hakata Tonkotsu DX ($19.5 - honestly a little steep for ramen). The noodles were thin and had a great texture, the soup was solid, but the thick pork belly piece that I was most excited about was disappointing bc I got a really lean and burnt end piece while my friend had a perfect ratio pork belly piece. It also did not come with menma for the price so I added some for +$2. Overall, was yummy, but a little turned off by the price/food quality ratio and inconsistency.

Definitely gets the fix in! I think Marufuku has a rich broth that packs a punch better than most ramen in Austin. They also have beautiful bowls and lovely drinks, def would recommend! I hadn't been back since they were newly opened and definitely think they also upgraded their ambiance. No complaints overall

We went to Marafuku around lunchtime on a Saturday and were seated immediately. I had the vegetable ramen without the egg to make it vegan and it was FANTASTIC! The food came out super fast. Then broth was creamy and flavorful. I'm generally not a big soup person, but this ramen was so satiating and it was loaded with noodles and toppings. . My only wish is that they had many more vegan dishes on the menu!
