The food was just ok and the staff didn't seem to want to be there. We were a table of six and the only ones there. And they claimed not to serve alcohol "no license" even though they had a fully stocked bar and brewery signs on the walls.

Food- it was served cold, the half and half cream was molded, tortillas were super thick and not home made.Service- was ok she, could have been better since it was not busy.Ambiance-looks more like a bar

We haven't been here in ages. I had the fajita combo lunch special for $8.99. The food was delicious. Ask for the homemade corn tortillas.

I come here 2 to 3 times during the week and average $20-$30 per takeout. When I come during the week I've never had a problem but on weekends there seems to be an issue here, last week they were out of sausage for the Huevos rancheros, the week before my Carne guisada tacos the meat was petrified like a rock. And today I encountered extreme unprofessionalism and unsanitary kitchen operations by staff members names Jasmine. As I mentioned I come 2 to 3 times per week usually on weekends I do Casa Garcia or Amaya's taco village, but the last three weeks I've given this business my patronage on a Saturday or a Sunday because I was working and it's close to my job. I always order a large queso or a large guacamole salad with my takeout. Since I get these two items to go quite often I know what to expect I'm always given a medium size bag of chips and today I was given a very small bag usually during the week there's a very tall and slender gentlemen working the Togo area and he always packs my orders togo. Today when I got my guacamole salad, I questioned why my chips were so small and I was told that just the way they come and again I mentioned I get this 2 to 3 times per week and I'm never giving such a small bag so I asked for a refund and Johnny was working at making it right by giving me a bigger bag. And i need to mention today as I waited for my order to get processed a young lady named jasmine who's heavily tattooed was wearing a very low-cut revealing blouse, out of all the waitresses she dresses like she about to work the streets no other staff members dresses so provocatively, she was extremely unprofessional she spent most of her time talking and gossiping with another waiter named Johnny about unprofessional things like her chichi's hurting and making sexual innuendos as to why they're hurting. I've had her as a waitress before in the past and she makes you wait extended periods of time before coming and checking on you, now I know why she's busy getting Red Bulls to drink and gossiping about inappropriate unrelated work matters and I saw her grabbing food with her bare hands without washing, sanitizing or wearing gloves so I am going to be making a report against her and the business with DHS Public Health Sanitation Program. Environmental Operations Branch. As I'm waiting for Johnny to give me my chips this young woman takes it upon herself to say I don't have to be rude I wasn't being rude I was just questioning as to why things are different I mention I get the same order 2 to 3 times per week and I have never been given such a small bag of chips. And from their things escalated I told her I didn't ask for her opinion and then she got bitchy with me and started going off, so I went off on her in return. If you get this heavily tattooed young lady named Jasmine avoid her because she's too busy gossiping and talking about her Chi-Chi's hurting and sticking her nose into other peoples conversations when it's a A and B conversation and needs to learn how to C, her way out. And improving her waitress skills like refilling teas or coffees or seeing to what her customer needs. Versus gossiping and looking for ways not to work you can tell she does a half ass job as a waitress and does the bare minimum. That's why I tipped her only $2 in the past because she underwhelmed me with her service.

A great place to satisfy your craving. I was waiting in the area while my car was in the shop so first thing show up by Yelp was this place, i when in for breakfast I ordered the huecos rancheros for $8.99 and a coffee. The ranchero salsa different then the traditional they have their own way and test good but nothing spicy. The papas are great and the beans were delicious maybe because I love beans. My final bill was $12 and cents. The service is great & music is at the right volume so you can talk to your friends at the table without any issues.

The Cheese was cold and the chips were all broken. The sever seemed upset, the server never refilled our drinks, my taco had very little meat, the sever took along time to bring us the condiments. The server was unfriendly and didn't have any manners. She never asked if we needed anything to go. Such a negative environment. People need to know before the go waste their hard earned money on poor service. I used to be a server I know.

Mariana's Kitchen serves food that reminds you of your childhood. The food is delicious and the service is welcoming. I found this little jewel by accident and I have become a regular. The food is exceptional...You can't go wrong with your order.

Would give negative stars to this restaurant if possible. The waitress lie about several things and provided horrible service. Here a list of what took place:-3% surcharge if you use a debit or credit card- The waitress said that the menu says "that groups of 5 or more they charge 20% gratuity." Which it does not say based off the pictures presented below.-She claimed we were there before when we came from out of town for a work trip, and began to have an attitude.-Says she would not serve us alcohol (looks like the liquor license was taken away).-Argues that we all have to pay on one bill, and claims that it's on the menu. The picture below shows it doesn't.We wanted to support and make the most out of this business trip. Sucks that this was the experience we had for dinner. Please do better

Paid a lot got a little :( the mole plate was $12 and I received a hint of rice and beans with a lot of mole and a mostly meatless mix of chicken bones.

the food is outstanding; the service is awesome and the environment is very pleasan!!! I highly recommend that all Austin come eat here!!
