Horrible food poisoning!! Flies everywhere. It was really disgusting. The fajita tacos were drowning in rancid oil. The shrimp tacos were inedible! On top of all that the service was terrible! We did not feel welcome here at all! Strangely, the owner was the worst one!! Very unprofessional. Very rude. The positive reviews seem suspicious. They must be written by friends and family because our experience was truly bad. We'll never go there again. We work in the center and we will tell our customers and neighbors to not eat there either. This place should not be in business. Yuck!

We had our holiday Xmas party here yesterday. They have a lovely outdoor seating area. Luckily the rain stopped as the inside space would not have accommodated us. It's pretty small. The waitstaff was super friendly! They kept bringing out apps, queso, and flautas. There was more food than we could eat!I also must let everyone know that I won the ugly sweater contest AGAIN. I'm back on top. I won in 2017 and now again in 2023!Happy Holidays Everyone. Give Los Pinos Jaliscos a try. You'll like it!!

Maria and her sister, Mariaela, i've created a wonderful authentic Mexican restaurant. The chips are amazing. The green jalapeño salsa is to die for. My fajitas were so hot. I had to have them pull off. They were well marinated and seasoned. My wife had the chicken today and it was delicious.If you haven't eaten here yet, you need to come! It will be your new favorite place like it is ours!

This is a relatively new little restaurant tucked away on the corner of the strip center at 360 and 2222. I've tried three times now and I'm definitely impressed. It's bright and clean inside with a cute patio area just outside under beautiful oak trees. I'm looking forward to warmer weather to enjoy the outside. Prices are a little high for Tex-mex, but definitely worth it. The breakfast tacos are big and generously filled. They have both caldo de rez and pollo and both are delicious. The pollo actually had too much chicken for me, but I like to enjoy the veggies. They make their own corn tortillas that are a bit dry but have a good corn taste. Service is good if the place isn't too busy. Bennie is friendly and efficient and remembered me after my first visit. A little Spanish is helpful but definitely not required. And the salsa is nice and spicy.

Popped by for happy hour, and it was HAPPY! Was busy, but not overwhelming. Great outdoor area that is split in 2, so its both kid and adult friendly! We only stopped by for drinks and had a variety of their marg, poloma and a mexican martini concotion.The service matched the greatness of the drinks, really fantastic combo!Super friendly and engaged service who made great recommendations and watched our drink levels to make sure they never got too low.Highly recommended new local happy hour spot! Their margaritas are amazing (and you can pickup to go!)

Visited this new neighborhood gem for the first time. Surprisingly, we were the only diners early on a Saturday evening. We're rooting for them and always love backing local businesses. Kudos to Joslin for impeccable service. The drinks hit the spot, prices were fair, and the chicken fajitas and quesadillas were a delight. The ambiance needs some life. The current vibe resembles an impersonal accountant's waiting room. Liven up the space with some personality and local flair. Perhaps play a game on the TV instead of a screensaver. We're cheering for you and will definitely return!

They have done an amazing job outside and makes enjoying their tasty happy hour - quintessential! The interior is simple, clean, and service is fast. The Parrillada Mixta is a mountain of flank steak, char grilled chicken, sausage, chorizo and grilled shrimp. Topped with succulent onions and peppers.The margaritas are fresh and vibrant.The ceviche had a lime kick that would make you constantly feeding your mouth.It is great there is a please t Mexican restaurant as a quick alternative to Waterloo that is next door.

Amazing experience! I saw a post on instagram that a new location of Los Pinos Jalisco was opening, and I knew I had to go try it. They did not disappoint. The location is out west, perfect if you are coming back from a long day at Travis lake. They have a patio with nice coverage too. We ordered a beef fajita torta, a machacado and nopales breakfast taco on corn (homemade and delicious), the mini tacos with pastor and beef, and some birria tacos that the owner recommended. The breakfast and birria tacos were to die for. Amazing taste, the birria was better than the one they serve in Guadalajara. Very impressed, definitely coming back for more. So happy we chose this restaurant to try out today!

The most authentic sit down restaurant in Westlake...my humble opinion of course. If you're nearby check em out.

2nd visit and this is definitely one of our favorites for fresh Tex/Mex. All of the menu items have been a hit so far. Very friendly staff as well. The inside seating is small but there is a nice outdoor section as well. Highly recommend!
