Longhorn Chicken

I've been wanting to try this place for so long and I'm so glad I finally did The chicken tenders were pretty big and juicy. I got the spicy tenders and they had a spicy aftertaste but they weren't TOO spicy - my nose only sweat a little The spicy chicken paired with the fluffy sweet waffle with syrup was a crazy good combination. I love a good sweet and savory comboThe french fries were gorgeous. Thicc, crisp outside, soft inside, and some yummy ass seasoning They were great on their own but once I dipped them in the longhorn sauce ... GAME OVER. ugh so good.Sandro got the chicken sandwich and it was just as good. The brioche bun was toasted and it came with ranch and pickles (he asked for no pickles though) He also added some of the longhorn sauce to his sandwich and it tasted great. I don't know what they put in the longhorn sauce to make it so good and addicting... but that sauce HITTTTSSSSLast but not least, the mac&cheese was SUPER creamy and did not last very long because it was very tasty I love Longhorn Chicken. We got great service and everything we ate was absolutely delicious. They get 5 chefs kisses from me ‍

Summary: great place to binge eat after a long day! Food is the perfect compliment to a late night! FOOD: chicken tenders, waffle, and Mac and cheese combo is an absolute must. It's the perfect meal to pick you right back up! Decently priced and worth every penny! However, they may run out before closing-- then I'd recommend the halal truck in that same food truck alley!SERVICE: They're good people who work hard, give a tip it won't kill you, but it'll make their day!Cheers

Came across this place randomly and I don't really regret it. The chicken was SUPER juicy and the outside crispy! The waffle was crispy and light. The Longhorn sauce was really good too! I'm not a HUGE fried foods person, definitely need to be in the mood for it. The employs were super nice and tue service was fast! Definitely worth and meets the college food vibes!

This place was okay. Probably would not eat it ever again though. The chicken was super dry and burnt. I tried using different sauces to make it less dry but honestly, they didn't really help much. The Mac and cheese looked good but just tasted like normal boxed Mac and cheese. I didn't even eat the waffle because it was kind of soggy. The service was nice though so that's a plus.

The employees are super friendly, and the spicy chicken tenders were very flavorful. However, the fries were soggy and under seasoned, and overall I don't think it's a great value for your money unfortunately. Still an alright option for late-night hot chicken as a student.

The workers here are really nice and I like the area it's in because there's just so many food trucks around and it's convenient. I tried this place before and I remember that it wasn't bad but when I went to try it the waffles were soggy and the chicken was over cooked and way too salty. I thought the sides were good though I just couldn't finish the chicken.

Living in west campus, this is one of my go-to places for a late night snack. I typically order the chicken tenders, and they always come out hot and delicious. The chicken here is pretty flavorful and definitely stands out from other fried chicken chains like Canes. Although the tenders are a little on the drier side, the crispiness of the outside and the flavor make up for it. The plates come with seasoned fries (which are great) and half a waffle, which perfectly compliment the chicken. The portion sizes are also pretty generous for the price as well which is a bonus.Orders here come out pretty fast for a food truck, and there is plenty of outdoor seating in the area. They are also open super late at night, which makes it the perfect place for regretful stress eating.

I was so disappointed when my husband told me they didn't have the mac n cheese, wings or any of the appetizers ready. I couldn't believe it. What type of food service is this? What am I suppose to order-a waffle and chicken strips only?I will not be coming back to a food place that is not ready to serve.

I was so disappointed. There is little to no actual crunchy crust on the tenders. It's as if they were simply rolled in flour before frying -- and if you've ever made fried chicken you know that won't do it. Crust on fried chicken should be thick, and should separate just a bit from the meat. This requires either a batter, or alternating dips in flour and egg (not just a flour dredge). There was also very little in the way of flavor. The chicken wasn't really overcooked, just slightly dry. And very bland. The waffle was also a letdown. Soft, limp, and spongy; none of the crispness that a waffle should have. On a positive note, the sides were great. Nicely seasoned fries, and super-good mac & cheese.
