Long John Silver's | A&W

I gave this particular visit 2 stars because after waiting for my food, (which I didn't mind because I asked for freshly cooked food) I got all the way home and realized they forgot to give me my drink. I tried to immediately call the restaurant but all I got was a fax machine. I do want to point out that the young lady who took my order was very polite and friendly, even though i had a lot of special requests. The food was hot and delicious. I would,however like my Soda or a refund.EDIT : I went back after work to ask about my drink, and both employees remembered me! They both apologized and gave me the drink t payed for. EXCELLENT customer service

Was craving some fish, chips, burgers, and some root beer to wash it all down. What to do? Luckily, some entrepreneurial corporate genius at Yum brands said, "Hey, why don't we smoosh a Long John Silver's together with an A&W Root beer?"From the outside the restaurant looked bit worn, but inside it was clean and well ordered. Service was fast and friendly. And the fish & chips were freshly made, yay! The burger was excellent and served with real pickle chips, not the sad ones you get at the Golden Arches. Overall, this was an excellent establishment and I'll be back again when I get that specific itch I need to scratch.This place scores a 5 out of 5 on the 'CTJ Scale', as noted below.5 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Jesus good. I've come to this location countless times in the past 3 years and I can honestly say that they are good. REAL GOOD. The food and customer service has always been extremely consistent, and I can say I've never had a bad meal here or encountered anything but pleasant greetings and smiles. This isn't in the best location by any means, but don't let that deter you. Stop by and enjoy some classic Long John's. They're hard to find nowadays, and when you do they tend to be hit or miss. However this location knocks it out of the park every single time I come by. Good job guys. Keep it up because it's greatly appreciated.

Management was highly dissatisfied and very bad management skills. The employee took our order and took it wrong twice and over charged us. But that didn't bother me. What got me upset was the fact that Management is not train properly with Management skills. His name is James, that's the name he gave me. Instead of being patience with us, customers and his employee who took the wrong order. Management just gave us attitude and no patience tolerance. Either corporate needs to replace this manager or retrain him to take care of the customers better. My ticket #3076 on this day on 1/28/22 . five thumbs down instead of five stars.

the hours and the name Lied it's permanently closed now edit it was removed from the directory and I cant find it so it's gone and it was ranked as the worst restaurant chain in America but most people think it's better that aw but aw is probably better than this so they also lied

Came in on a Sunday at 2:30PM to satisfy my occassional craving for LJS. I will return to this particular location. The young gentleman at the counter gave friendly customer service. My order came out fast, fresh and hot. The restaurant looked clean and we'll kept. After serving food to another guest, the same friendly gentleman stopped over to see if he could get me anything. My husband likes burgers so since this is a Long John Silver's and A&W I will bring him with me next time. The table next to me got the shrimp dinner. That looked really good. I will have to try that next time.
