Lolita La Tampiqueña

It's now called Capitol Taco, but very good! Same location. Gtrat fried avocado tacos! Also vegie burgers as well. Drinks next door from convenience store. Tables available.

This is my go to for quick Mexican food. The ladies that run this taco truck are lovely. I've just tried the tacos and they are good. Also you can call ahead and then pick up so you don't have to sit it your car.

Hidden gem! Quick, tasty, and reasonably priced. Some of the tacos can come out a little dry, but the flavor is unmatched, particularly when paired with the spicier salsa offering. When I went it was an orange colored salsa and absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back! Of the tacos I had I recommend the migas and carnitas the most.

This is the best taco food truck I have had in a while. The owner is real nice, food tastes natural, and the hot sauce is delicious. I highly recommend this place.

We LOVE Lolita's! The baby and I hit the taco truck multiple times a week after dropping off the big kids at school. The eggs are seasoned well and not runny. The green sauce is sooo spicy good! My husband likes the steak and cilantro tacos. And the big kids really like the bacon, cheese & bean (refried black beans with plenty of flavor without being spicy). Not expensive, always friendly and ALWAYS yummy! And right down the street!

The food truck with hand sanitizer is behind the Exxon on the corner; you have to walk a little uphill that has a beautiful, shady oak tree and two sturdy picnic tables and singing birds. The workers speak very good English and explain the dishes happily. I ordered the pambazos, and for the first time. It's like an enchilada, but the dough is different -- more like a toasted hoagie bread. They had special meat today and I chose the chunky and moist chicken fajita. The mild sauce is very flavorful. The wait is a little longer, because they cook fresh. It is somewhat large and presented beautifully in a clam. For $8 I wouldn't rush back for a sandwich, however it would be a wonderful treat. Enjoy!!

Not to disrespect anyone who has tried having food service on Cuernevavca, but thank God we finally have a taco stand. I stopped to see what was happening and had the al pastor burrito for $6. Without having seen the $3 tacos, I can't imagine they would have this much meat in them as well as a generous portion of beans and rice. The al pastor was on point. She uses black beans and the rice in it was good too. Green sauce was a little hot, but for once a red sauce outshines the green. It's rich and thick. Reminds me of Torchy's sauce, although way better.The guy in front of me bought a torta. It looked huge. I may have to try that next time.She said she has tamales on Saturdays. $1 for your typical corn husk masa style and occasionally she'll have a more Central American plantain tamale for $3.I didn't post a picture of the breakfast taco menu, but they do that too. Curious if she'll have migas sometimes. Very much worth the stop.

The trailer is no longer there so may have moved to a new location or may be closed. So since it's closed you may not want to come here to eat because they don't have any food and there is no one to give money to. Is that long enough of a review to post?

Pretty good food. Portions were large. Definitely can share or save for later. Salsa was great as well they use some chipotle which I've never had and not a fan of but was pretty good.

Yumm these were so good! I had the potato egg and cheese and it was so good! The red salsa is my favorite!
