Little Caesars

Ordered for pickup for the first time and I was surprised by the ease and convenience with their Pizza Portal. Just scanned my QR code and the portal opened my slot automatically. The quality of food was great as well.

Wow!!! Where to begin? (Beginning is usually a good start; so let's see where takes us?). This shall be short and sweet as at Little Cesar's they've got precious little time to waste.We park, exit vehicle and approach the Little Cesar's store front; immediately you feel the difference: NO LITTER around the Little Cesar's storefront? The rest of the huge and spacious parking seems to be a magnet for empty beer cans, food containers of ever description, cigarette butts of every ilk; you get the picture; the Little Cesar's is smartly anchoring the corner of the strip-center, located at East William Cannon @ Pleasant Valley on the N.W., corner.We walk in, a number of people (about four or five) are immediately in front of us; yet, they are dispatched, warmly, courteously, quickly, professionally and efficiently. The manager is winded, beaming welcoming smile is orchestrating the steady and smooth movement of patrons as they enter, leave with usually two steaming hot FRESH PIZZAS, and a HUGE SMILE ON THEIR FACES; they no longer about what they're gonna feed the kiddos on a HECTIC FRIDAY EVENING; THE PRICE IS RIGHT (two Hot & Ready Pepperoni with some sauces are less than $20; WHAT A DEAL; the pizza is damned good for what it is (don't be a slop and compare Little Cesar's to a "trendy boutique pizza "snob' operation, the kinde bob baylan would review in the "Statesman".WALK into THIS LITTLE CESAR'S LOCATION AND YOU ARE IMMEDIATELY TRANSFORMED/TRANSPORTED INTO A TIME WHERE: EMPLOYEES KNEW AND CARED ABOUT THEIR JOB; THEY DISCHARGED THEIR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES COMPETENTLY AND EQUALLY IMPORTANTLY CHEERFULLY. AS SUCH:THE PIZZA IS REAL GOOD, IN FACT GREAT!!! (for what it is); YOU CAN STILL AFFORD AN EIGHT AND SOME RILLOS, A CASE OF "BUD," AND A PACK OF CIGS. I LOVE THIS LITTLE CESAR'S LOCATION. THE MANAGER ROCKS AS DO ALL THE OTHER EMPLOYEES.THE PIZZA WAS SO PIPING HOT, AUROMATIC; WE WERE SO BUZZED ON "YERBA BUENA/GANGA" (for purely medical reasons, of course (pain management/relief)), WE DEVOURED AT LEAST 1 (one) of them on the 'CHILL'/LEISURELY stroll BACK home; you see, a dear friend (REAL!!!, NOT VIRTUAL, such as that God-Forsaken Meta type "friend") and I took a three residential block stroll, that way we might drop a few pounds between now and the year-end holiday) seaso: SO MUCH FOR THAT LAMEBRAIN AND ILL-CONCEEVED IDEA. NEVER START A LOSE-WEIGHT DIET IF YOU LIVE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF A LITTLE CESAR'S, especially if it is one SUPERBLY MANAGED as the one close to my home/office is. Whatever they are doing at the Little Cesar's Pizza location on William Cannon @ Pleaseant Valley Road (N.W. Corner), they need to make a blueprint and SELL it in those tendy "Best Practice Seminars directed at the Fast Food Industry. A WholeHearted & well earned !Congrats! the crew and the ENTIRE MANAGEMENT TEAM AT THIS STORE: YOU, GENTLEPERSONS, ARE DOING IT RIGHT.

The hot and ready is a legend. I don't need to tell you how good it is or why you want one because you already probably know. I actually prefer Little Caesars to most of the cheaper delivery chains. It hands down beats Pizza Hut, Dominos and Pappa Johns. I've seen youtube videos that insist you get more toppings for your money at Little Caesars but I cant swear that's true.Don't skip on their stuffed crust, the Detroit style deep deep or their excellent think crust. Little Caesars is great and cheap.. You cant beat that.

I've been waiting for a crazy bread for almost 45 minutes, there's 7 people in the store waiting while coworkers are laughing in the back & only one girl is working. Awful I do not recommend!!!

This place is real rough. I walked in and saw they have a HUGE sign right above the register for a "Hot and ready Fanceroni pepperoni" so I ordered that and the cashier goes "I don't know what that is I've never heard of that"WHY IS IT ON UR MENU. So I said ok it's fine I'll just take a regular HOT AND READY pepperoni. They had no pizzas hot and ready. I had to wait like 20 minutes. I'm a patient person and I get a lot of companies are short staffed but don't advertise you have hot and ready if you don't have it. Overall just shitty.

Visited this store on a Saturday evening. Was out the door, I was told that my order could not be taken at the time due to shortage of staff however there were 5 staff in the back.

Never again Lady told me It'll be a 20 minute wait I waited for 45 minutes and my pizza was still cold unacceptable. Had people coming out of the door waiting

I made an online order (2 Cheese pizzas) and had a 1hr expected pick up time I show up 1hr 15 min later he says 25 min more I leave show up 35 min later and he tells me another hr at least if not more. I asked for a refund and decided to never come back. this location is 2 min from my house and I'd rather drive to the other side of town just to avoid the clown's horrible management. this location needs to be closed!!! no reason anyone should wait this long for a "HOT & READY" pizza.

Ordered 3 pizzas. None were correct. One of them didnt even have sauce in it. Only thing correct was the italian cheese bread. Service was horrible. Lady at register was impatient and rude. It was busy but I put in a mobile order about 30 to 40 mins before. Was told I had to wait another 10 to 15 mins to 'FIND' my order. WTF.​​​​​​​​​​

If I could rate this place it would be a 0. I've called more than 4 times to order a pizza and they just hang up on me.
