Libby’s Lunchbox

Libby's was a serendipitous find. I left my house and drove toward the food truck park not knowing what would be there. Since my protein options are limited (turkey, legumes and seafood) I was hopeful but not expecting a lot. I could have done cartwheels when I saw their menu because there were several things for me to choose from. The service was great because the guy behind the window answered all my questions and helped me make my decision. The food was made to order so while I waited I wandered around the park checking out the grounds. Unfortunately, nothing else was open so it was a bit quiet. My food looked good when it came out and smelled enticing on the ride home. And the taste of it was just as delicious. So happy to come across this gem. I'll for sure return.

This was the first time trying this food truck and we were pleasantly surprised! We got two cuban sandwiches that come with their handmade chips, we ordered a sprite separately since a drink does not come with the meal. Super clean looking truck, friendly owner/employee (unsure). The sandwich was so good and fresh, my husband kept talking about how good the homemade chips tasted. Nothing was greasy. Next time we're going to ask for a little extra mustard. All of their menu items look good, definitely one of our new favorite places to eat.

We were looking for a new spot with good tacos other than our usual, but after coming here we were left craving our usual spot. I chose the breakfast croissant sandwich with bacon. The croissant ended up being soggy but I could see the potential with the bacon adding a nice flavor to it. My boyfriend ordered a side of bacon and sausage along with two bean and cheese tacos. His bacon was overcooked, and carried a burnt after taste. The tortillas for the bean and cheese tacos looked and tasted undercooked, they had a very doughy smell and taste. After looking at the reviews I really want to give this place a second chance! Their lunch menu looks great :)

I got Libby's this morning for the first time and I WILL be back! The guy who was working was super helpful with recommending what would be best in my burrito. I think this might be apart of my new weekly spoiling of myself! Highly recommend! Excited to try the chorizo!

Great spot and a great vibe in this area. I was looking for a breakfast burrito. Hard to find with the taco culture in central Texas. It was delicious and hit the spot. My wife stayed true to Texas and had tacos and loved em. The service was as friendly as Texas! We will definitely be back to try lunch and dinner and especially for the breakfast burrito!

OMG‼ I just inhaled a bean, bacon, potato, chorizo & cheese taco. It was so delicious and the green and red salsas are on point. Perfect breakfast for me. Libby is super sweet. I'll be coming back to try lunch

First timers. Delicious fresh food served hot. Easy to order. Friendly service. Dog friendly seating area. Will be back!!!

Decided to try this place out for the first time and was pleasantly surprised! They have a great variety of items on their menu and everything we tried was amazing! Everything came out hot and fresh. The service was very friendly. Was a little thrown off that they're located in the Toyota parking lot, but they're parked right between the two buildings. Definitely recommend this place, and I'll be back for more!

Libby's Lunchbox catered my grandsons birthday party. Food was excellent. We had pull pork sandwiches, Mac n cheese, Cole slaw and corn. The pull pork was very good. Seasoned excellent. I could have eaten the whole pan of Mac n cheese! Good place to go to in Ceder Park. Great food and great service!

Breakfast is a must! Everything we ordered off the menu was fantastic, quick, and well priced. I highly recommend a breakfast sandwich. The strawberry Tabasco jelly was delicious!
