Everything Ryan offers is delicious. Just try it all! We keeping going back for the Oklahoma. By far one of the best burgers I've ever consumed. Great brisket. The sides rotate- all have been yummy! It's definitely memorable.

Best BBQ food truck in NB! We had brisket sandwiches- the bark was amazing and so flavorful! The jalapeño potato salad was delicious and paired perfectly with the meat. SO GLAD we tried it and we will definitely be regulars.

I blindly placed a catering order not ever tasting this place, and let me tell you this was some of the best barbecue I have had in a while. The brisket was so juicy and tender, and the burnt ends were the best part! The hatch chili mac & cheese was on another level with massive shells just using liquid gold cheese. The beans were probably some of the best I have ever had and were so flavorful. You can tell there was so much love put into this cooking, and even the onions were pickled to perfection. This food truck is doing it right and I will definitely use them again for my lunch office meetings with my doctors. Might have to make the trip from Austin on the weekend to have the family try it out. Definitely a must try!

Amazing brisket being smoked here! I tried the brisket sandwich and the meat was so tender. The portions are generous as well. This place competes with the big boys down the street. I also had the Smoked Mac and Cheese and the Jalapeño Popper Potato Salad which were super tasty. A nice change from the sometimes boring and plain sides you can get at a BBQ joint. Legit Ass Meats knocks it out of the park for me and I'll definitely be back to try the other meats when I'm back I town.

This spot is so gooood! The brisket is on point, the name says it all...LEGIT! The banana pudding is the best I've ever had!
