Quick and efficient service overall!There are some picnic tables that the food trucks share, but this sammie is going to be just as yummy and crisp after your journey to somewhere with A/C. Chill digs for a casual meetup though!

I was able to get a parking spot during busy hours.

This little food truck park is a go to lunch spot during the week. I tried the Fried Egg Banh Mi. It was a pretty standard banh mi, didn't really blow me away. It was $7.50 a sandwich. I felt it could have used more flavor.

Ordered from here as part of my company's lunch drop today! I've been eating salad on days I come into office, and I saw they had a grilled pork bowl with an option of replacing a typical rice/noodles with salad. It's actually a pretty good portion size for the price! I added an extra fried rice and protein, and my total came out to be about $15. I would say that's not bad considering a popular salad chain charges about $14-15 for the same thing with far less protein and no egg. The flavor of the pork was awesome. The egg was cooked just how I like it-over easy. I picked up my lunch late and the egg was still runny! I would definitely order from here again. It was packaged well with a fork, spoon, and napkins.

Sandwich was just carrots and pork. No other veges or toppings. Bread was stale. Ate half, threw the rest away.

Thought this place was great! Came here with a friend for a quick bite and got a great bahn mini for a great price! $8 for what i thought was a really big portion, I had enough to take for leftovers. Their menu is pretty big and service was great. There's a seating area across the way as well. There are other trucks in the area so plenty on options for the whole crowd!

I found their chicken bahn mi to be comparable to that of NG Cafe, which is . Pork is delicious as well!

Ordered their chicken banh mi, loaded with tons of veggies! I loved the seasoning on the chicken. It had so much flavor. They are located in a corner gas station parking lot with a few other food trucks. Kind of hard to maneuver thru. However, there is a covered seating area outside to eat. Service was quick and easy. You can even go sit in your car while your food is being prepared. They will give you a buzzer to let you know when it's ready. Will definitely come back and try their other menu items!

Simple and delicious bahn mi. The bread is nice and crisp, the pork is tender and juicy, and the vegetables taste fresh. I had the pork bahn mi and I was pleased. Service is quick. It is a food truck so the ambiance is nothing to behold. Would definitely come back though.
