Kt's Deli

I eat here fairly regularly while working downtown, and I love their food, the service is great, and it's consistent. The ambiance is not something I notice often as I'll take my food and go, but it's very clean in their cafe and I always have my favorite soda available to me. Their burgers are in particular great, and their breakfast is always fantastic. I am grateful for their service and food! Highly recommend.

This place is great. They offered homecooked meals for breakfast and lunch that are extremely affordable. This place is located within the capitol complex and mostly frequented by state employees. I have enjoyed eating here daily during my time in this office.

The food was amazing. The staff was very welcoming....and the music was wonderful! Cannot beat the price. A true gem.

I have had meetings downtown all week and I went here for lunch today. They keep the line moving quickly, even at noon. They have a few specials daily. I loved the tilapia and rice today. The enchiladas look yummy. The prices are the best you can get in the area. 5.99 for lunch. I'm going for breakfast tacos tomorrow.

This place is a bit lack-luster. Cafeteria style dining. It must have been a bad day to go in based on the other reviews. The staff seemed unhappy for some reason, not towards us but just in general. They only had two items available to order; the crunchy beef tacos and baked potato. Baked potato was, in fact, a baked potato. Nothing on it. Just a potato. It was baked all the way through! And big. That's pretty much all I can really say about that. The taco was very full with meat which was nice. The meat, however, was ground and extremely greasy. Flavorful though! There was fresh shredded cabbage and cheese on top. Reminds me of a more generous Taco Bell to be quite honest. Nothing wrong with that, just not particularly special.Great for a quick and inexpensive bite to eat! Things move quickly and the food is pretty ok!

KT is the kindest man and most of the food at his deli is wonderful. I especially love the baked fish as it is always high quality. The breakfast tacos are stuffed to overflowing and are very tasty.

This place is so legit, I almost don't want to leave a review because I don't want y'all to come make the lines long.I treat myself to their homemade food more often than I probably should... the price is right and the service is the best. Keep it up KT :D

Update - After so much negative feedback to the owner, he made improvements. The nice man serving food now is awesome! Very friendly, gives you plenty of food/ doesn't skimp, no bad attitude or drama, he smiles at everyone - I hope he never leaves!

They're the cafeteria for the William Clements state office building. The state office buildings' cafeterias tend to be pretty awful, including mine (the "food" at even the Capitol's cafeteria is an abomination). KT's is about 2 or 3 cuts above. Their fried chicken is better than Lucy's! The service is friendly, too.
