Overall: 4.7/5 [Delivery]We ordered delivery, and it was phenomenal! This is the best food we've had delivered in Austin--I can only imagine how incredible it tastes fresh.Dang! Curry ($14): Spicy coconut curry with a medley of potatoes, roasted onions, and jasmine rice, served with your choice of chicken or fried tofu. The description wasn't too appealing, but since it was a popular item, we gave it a shot and chose chicken for our protein. I'm so glad we did! The curry exceeded expectations--flavorful, yet balanced, without being overly salty or umami-heavy.Thai Me Down Roti ($9.50): Thai-style fried chicken, spring mix, pickled cucumber, cilantro, red jalapeño peppers, and spicy Thai aioli, all wrapped in a roti--absolute genius! I had high expectations for this, and it did not disappoint. It's filling on its own, but if you're sharing, another appetizer might be a good idea. While great on its own, the dipping sauce takes it to another level. It's the most flavorful sauce I've ever had--you don't need much, and it works as a dip for so many things. Every bite was crispy perfection, from the roti to the chicken. I think about this dish whenever I'm deciding what to order!Thai Boxing Chicken Wings ($12.50): Five crispy Thai-style fried chicken wings with your choice of sauce: OG Thai seasoning (dry), spicy chili lime (dry), or spicy tamarind (wet). We went with OG Thai seasoning, which seemed to be a mix of salt, pepper, and fried shallot. While decent, the wings didn't stand out like the other dishes. I recommend dipping them in the chili sauce they come with for extra flavor. The Lost Recipe With Fried Chicken ($14.50): Thai-style fried chicken served with Mom's ginger rice, pickled cucumber, and sweet chili sauce. This was better than the wings but didn't quite compare to the roti. The portion seemed a bit smaller than the other items. The chicken was only slightly crispy when we ate it, but that may be because I tried it last.Spicy Tamarind Sauce ($0.75): This sauce was amazing mixed with rice.I cannot wait to try their Killer Noodles, Old School Pad Thai, Ka Pow Street Style, and Creamy Curry Crab next!

I almost always get pad thai or dang curry. I've always found that Pad thai comes with chicken that's not well cooked - it tastes almost raw and is hard to chewI wish they substituted soybean oil with avocado/olive oil for a fee like Thai fresh

This is one of my favorite food trucks in Austin! The Killer Noodles are my favorite - it's like elevated ramen noodles with a lot of amazing flavors added. I'm also a huge fan of the Lost Recipe Thai Chicken. The rice is flavorful and chicken is very crispy. The seating is typical for a food truck park, with picnic tables and outdoor spots to enjoy your meal. There are other food trucks nearby worth checking out while you're here!

I saw this place from a tik tok and it's super close to my apartment so I have been wanting to try it out, especially with the amazing reviews! It was so hard to pick what to get just for myself, i went with the pad Thai and the veggie rolls. The veggies rolls were perfect and crispy, and I loved the sauce that they came with. The pad Thai is a great portion too I wasn't expecting so much for takeout. The sauce it is in is delicious. Deff ranks pretty high on my pad Thai list. Overall a great choice, and I want to try the wings next! I'll have to get some new things next time to leave a better overall review.

The food here is great! I got the killer noodles and the soft shell crab curry. The noodles had a great kick and good flavor, and came with a few strips of fried pork. It reminded me of mi goreng. The soft shell crab curry was great BUT I really wish there was more sauce. The dish overall was on the drier side and I was struggling to get a good ratio of sauce to rice. The crab was delightfully crispy and the dish was very flavorful though.

Killer noodles were good and quite spicy! Also liked the soft shell crab curry but wish there was more sauce. Definitely want to come back and try more of their dishes!

The best Thai food in Austin!!I dont claim something as best very often - maybe I'm discrediting myself by saying this lol but I recently tried Kiin Di and fell in love. I had their chicken curry and dry spices chicken wings - super flavorful and full of spices. My curry has a good amount of chicken in there and the accompanied rice is tasty too. You can sit at the benches surrounding the truck or at the Cornee bar next to it. I want to come back and try their other dishes

We saw this food truck on a number of YouTube must try videos so we had to check it out. The location is right in the heart of south Lamar and in front of a nice indoor/outdoor bar so you can enjoy your food either inside or outside with a drink of choice (a plus for sure). That being said, parking, like most places on S Lamar is a nightmare so good luck during peak hours. We ordered our items ahead online and everything was ready by the time we arrived. Potentially, this was what led me to remove the star...We ordered the killer noodles (ABSOLUTELY BANGING - spice and egg were on point), the roti (also absolutely fab), the crab curry (kinda disappointing), and then a ground beef dish (didn't actually try this - bought it for my brother. His review below). The killer noodles were spectacular - the only issue we had with this dish was that the fried pork belly was just not crispy enough. It didn't crunch and was a bit soggy. The crab curry had similar issues - the soft shell crab had a pretty heady seafood scent (hopefully, this isn't a warning for issues ahead). The fry on the crab was also soggy. The curry itself had a beautiful depth of flavor and was absolutely delish. We think that because we ordered the items ahead and to-go that after the fried items were set in their containers and closed up that this adversely impacted the crispy-ness of the fried items. It would be interesting to read others experience to know if ordering and getting it as soon as possible helped preserve the crisp. The roti was AH-maxing. Perfectly fluffy and flakey and the curry dip - YUM.My brother said the beef dish was "top notch". Overall, a good spot to hit up. The portions are very sizable for the price and it was all tasty - just wish the fried items had hit harder.

We tried Kiin Di for the first time yesterday. The service was awesome. The woman who took our order was super friendly and customer focused. We enjoyed our food! It was tasty and unique. My only critique was that the portions were small. We had 2 kids and 2 adults and I had to make extra food after we finished because everyone was still hungry. I understand food costs are high and their quality was great so I considered this elevated dining (which usually comes with smaller portions). Try this truck. Their food speaks for itself.

I've been to the food truck a few times but it gets crazy busy during the weekends so I often find myself ordering delivery.Everything I've tried is good, but the stand outs are: dang curry, pad thai, killer noodles and the wings. It's remarkable how consistent the food is and how cheap it is. I even suggested to one of the owners that she should raise prices, but I think she's philosophically opposed to it.
