Let's get down to business. Lots of noise bout the place on social media so we decided to try.We got there and it's a nice nautical vibe going on in the place. Our waiter didn't speak any English and had to use a translator app on his phone to help us. We get our food and it's sorta what we ordered but was so tired from the language gap we just took it. Food was good nice flavor so that was great. BTW you eat with your hands here.... Well they give you gloves! Went to settle the bill and my card would not complete the order. Let me back up. You order from your table and pre-pay for your order. At the end you settle up jic you add more food to complete the order. Well my card wouldn't work. In fact it sent my card into fraud status. Now we need help but remember the ONE person in the place doesn't speak English. What a fiasco!! So he gets someone from the restaurant next door to help us and the one that comes tells us that we have to pay with a different card because they don't see that I've prepaid even though the auth is on my card. My husband pays and we leave. Today we have 3 charges on our account and I go back to get this settled and guess what-still no one that speaks English. Then I hear some barking and notice there is a dog tied up in the kitchen! Now the owner from the restaurant next door comes out and says I can't refund you I only see one charge. Even though my bank is now show 2 posted charges. He was rude and dismissive and I have darn near $100 missing from my account for the weekend. Moral of this story... order the food to go with cash

This place is always shockingly empty to me but maybe it's because people are mainly ordering to-go like I am lol. Their crawfish was delicious the first time I ate in but when I ordered to-go the last time, my crawfish were extremely dry? like they weren't bad but there was no juice at all in the crawfish or the bag.. it was pretty odd. Solid spot.

It's finally summer, so time for road trip dates and weekend trips. And if your travel love language is food like mine, I know you'll be trying out some awesome restaurants outside of Dallas. So, I have this one for my seafood lovers! Just down the road in Austin you can find some of the best seasoned boiled seafood at @kasianboil . I have crawfish, shrimp & snowcrab while there and yes, it was goooooood! It's a Must Visit & I will definitely be going back. Pro Tip : Ask for a side of sauce.. you'll want more one you taste it. The birthday queen requested seafood boil and the local spots are closed on Mondays so Yelp brought me here to this location to try their seafood boil.We can tear up and eat some seafood. In my mind, I didn't think it would take too long to order and get our items to go. I should definitely order in advance next time as the birthday girl was famished by the time I came home. I was hangry too that I did not get any photos. The ordering process is all done via QR code. When you arrive, you scan the QR code and place your order. I did see some patrons prefer to order with the gentleman up front so that seems to be an option. Since we had the menu up on our phone we ordered through their website. That's actually a great idea to do it that way since I'm sure the menu changes especially with the changing seafood prices.We ordered the Crab Lovers boil in garlic butter sauce and Shrimp Lovers boil in the Blasian sauce. We wanted to try both of the sauces since we like spicy seafood boils. Both of them were really good and definitely had a kick. We were missing a corn from the crab boil and extra egg we added on from the shrimp boil.We also wanted to try the hush puppies. They were ok and the magic sauce was a nice dip to compliment them. Might have to go back to get some crawfish next soon it's the season.

So I returned after my 3 star review to see if I could increase it. I couldn't. Service was terrible. The food was just okay and the air didn't work.

Cajun + Asian, need I say more? Kasian Boil knows how to bring the spice & flavors to the table and leave you wanting more. Came here hungry on a Sunday afternoon & was pleasantly surprised by the good service. You pick where you wanna sit, and order at the counter.I happened to check-in on Yelp and to my surprise scored a frozen daiquiri of my choice. Per the woman helping me (wish I had gotten her name) I chose the strawberry/mango daq & was quite astonished at how tasty my drink was. Had to of been over a decade since I last had a frozen drink of any kind and was delighted I did. We went with the crawfish, snow crab and shrimp family pack that comes with corn, sausage and potatoes along with the Blasian garlic butter. My mouth is salivating just reminiscing on how spectacular everything was. I opted for no gloves as I wanted to have the optimal sensory experience. If you have any doubts, let them go! Support local, good things are bound to happen.

They are under new ownership and this was our first time visiting, and was hopeful after reading past reviews.The food was honestly disgusting. We were the only 2 people in there and it was hot as hell inside. We spent $75 on 3 lbs of unseasoned, bland, over cooked shrimp with their heads on. they "season" the seafood after its been boiled which doesn't do anything but waste seasoning. The fries were good but we ordered the fry basket and got a small handful of fries and 2 hushpuppies which we didn't order lol. overall, i do not recommend this place if you are looking for GOOD louisiana style seafood.

Terrible service! The server told us to take a seat but failed to mention you order online through your phone. The server was out a lot. She'd leave the restaurant and return 5 minutes later and then go missing again. We ordered our drinks through the app and she never brought it to us, we had to ask for them. We ordered a sprite but they didn't even have sprite there, just off brand sodas.You have to pay and tip before you can get your food. I'd go ahead and tip low because there's zero service anyways so what's the tip for?The food said it would be ready in 15, we got it about 30 minutes later. When the server gave us our food, she said one of our meals was out so we have to reorder... why was this information not provided to us 30 minutes ago. After another 30 minutes, the one order wasn't even ready yet so we left after we ate what we had been given already. The crawfish was really great but the service ruined this place for me. If you order from here just do take out but come 15 minutes after your said order time.

Came here mid May and finally writing this review. Walking towards the place, before getting to the door there was a bit of sewage smell. There was nobody here , maybe since it was early? It was weird since the person working the register was also working the kitchen. Anyway we ordered 1 bundle crab legs and 2 lbs crawfish, super fresh but flavor was lacking. We also got free daiquiris with yelp check in, and let me tell you whoooo those drinks were strongggg. Not sure if it's because we hadn't eaten but not even half the drink and 2 of us were stumbling lol of course we continued to drink it which had us blacking out for a bit. For strong daiquiris, come here.

Wanted to give them a try for a while so when I saw a Groupon they were offering I had to buy it. I ordered over the phone and drove right through their drive-thru to pick up. The gentleman who helped me at the window was super nice. Oh and be careful not to get too close in their drive-thru window... I almost drove right into a small pole that's a little out of view but luckily he warned me. We got a Crab & Shrimp Boil which came with 2 crab clusters, 10 shrimp, 1 corn, 1 egg and 2 potatoes with your choice of sauce (we chose garlic butter). We also added 2 extra corn, 5 pcs sausage, 2 sides of jasmine rice and extra garlic butter. This one plate was enough for my daughter and I to share. We're pretty weak when it comes to spicy foods so thankfully the garlic butter was quite mild, however, the sausages were a tad bit spicy. We both said we should've gotten more rice because topped with the sauce it was delicious! It's a little messy but soo worth it.
