Karachi Grill And Kabab House

We picked up iftar dinner today and the owner was so very nice kind to offer us dates as a slight delay caused us to break fast in the car. The food overall was amazing. We ordered chicken tikka, beef bihari, chicken bihari, seekh kabab, bun kabab, halwa puri combo, and laccha parathas. The beef bihari, seekh kebab and bun kababs were my favorite. Great flavor, melt in your mouth texture with balanced spices. In Shaa Allah hope to visit again post Ramadan to eat on premise and enjoy the bustling vibe. Truly happy to find this hidden gem in Austin that takes me back to the flavors of Karachi. Wishing the karachigrillatx.com team all the very best and continued success.

Finally a food truck which brings some Pakistani flavors to Austin. Leg piece highly recommended. Bihari beef is their most popular item, must try as well.

Food was good! Had the Puri and Chicken Tikka leg. The puris were a little oily but not too much. The Chicken Tikka leg tasted good but could be marinated a little longer. Service was quick and food was served in a timely fashion. Overall good spot!

Totally unexpected find but so glad we took a chance on them. Had the bun kebab, chicken malai boti roll and the beef bihari roll. Every element of every item was delicious. The meat was so well-spiced and the two sauces paired very well with it too. Beware, the bihari roll is SPICY even by desi standards. Will be back here for sure!

eXcept the tea here, eVery other item is eXpensive/eXpensive & eXpensive + they boast of having a tandoor equipment inside their truck but no, I guess they just microwave stuff & the naan or whatever they call it is ready made out of the freezer not fresh at-all, this place need a lot of improvement price & service wise...

I was so excited to try this, however: the paratha was definitely originally frozen and tasted like plastic and it was filled to the brim with onions, with 2 pieces of severely undercooked chicken. The other 3 members of my family spit out the food immediately after taking the first bite. I would give this a 0/5 if I could. I guess that explains why this was the only food truck with no lineup. The lineups at all the other food trucks were extremely long.

Not great. Had the paratha combo. Served with pickle and aloo sabzi. disappointed. Oily and not much flavor in the sabzi. :-(

The Bihari Kabab's were like qeema very spicy no food taste. Bad taste. Seems like the meat was sitting in freezer for days. Did not look like fresh food. The tawa paratha was also not fresh. The salad was kinda soggy. I tried the food before months ago it was fresh and the owner was present. Now they have some Nepali employees running the business. Price too high. Almost $19.00 with tip. Total disappointment.The food was microwaved not freshy grilled.

Took us a while to get the food but I can't blame them because there were a lot of people ahead of us, owner / staff came out and informed and apologize for the delay. For me that's a huge plus, they communicated and showed customer that they care. Now for the food....wow. You won't be disappointed, we had platter, Bahari kabab, chicken boti and naan. Will definitely go there again.
