Juliet Italian Kitchen

My DIL visits Austin twice a year and has had this place on her list to try. What a delightful experience. There's a parking lot behind the restaurant. As you walk in from that lot you'll notice there's plenty of outdoor seating. Austin was at the end of a cold spell so we sat inside. The waiter did not introduce himself with his name but he was very friendly. We were served a round of focaccia with olive oil on the side. A second round was served as we had a 17 month old with us who found the focaccia to be to her liking. The table ordered chicken parm, Italian Sausage Ravioli and a sausage, pepperoni & mushroom pizza. Everyone was pleased with their meal. I tasted everything and it was all done very well. I really enjoyed my entree, the ravioli. They're stuffed with cheese and served with a crispy sausage topping. My only complaint is that there weren't more because they were that good. The price is just right. We left with happy bellies.

Today I had a special Valentine's date with my mom!!! We love lasagna and decided to try Juliet Italian kitchen! We were so happy! I'm extremely picky when it comes to lasagna since I can make it delicious! I love ricotta cheese and a good red sauce. This lasagna was perfect! Perfect texture, many layers, lots of cheese and good bread. The server was friendly and did a good job topping our lasagna with extra Parmesan cheese! Too much cheese is never too much cheese for me!!! The size was perfect! I would totally come back when I crave lasagna again

I keep coming back for more. Juliet kitchen never failed me, not even once. The risotto balls are amazing. Well seasoned and fresh. Shrimp pasta is perfectly cooked. Mushroom manicotti is a must. I have to order this dish every time regardless.

We came to Juliet for a late weekend lunch and left stuffed and satisfied. Juliet has a bright, open atmosphere that's perfect for meeting up with family and friends or going out on a date. The server was helpful as we decided what to eat and always made sure we were okay during the meal.We started with the Calamari appetizer. The squid was tender and the breading crunchy. Then we got the Chicken Parmesan and Sausage Cheese Ravioli for our entrees. The pasta for the parmesan was just slightly undercooked, but was by no means a deal breaker. The chicken was tasty and had a lovely breading on it. The ravioli was very good, just very rich with its pesto cream sauce.Overall, we were very happy with our food and look forward to coming again to try more items.

We held a private event in their front Calabria Room. It can fit 15 comfortably. The room is surrounded by a lovely mural of Austin landmarks on one wall and the rest lined with windows to people watch on Barton Springs road.Their events team was so flexible with our menu requests and held a seamless event for us. The appetizers were served family style and very plentiful and filling. Both salads were great, but I think the Butter Lettuce was my fav. For my entree the staff had highly recommended the Slow Braided Lamb Ragu. I just had to give it a try as I LOVE lamb. The lamb flavor was not very overpowering if you are not a huge lamb fan and the noodles were AMAZING! Large portion as well. Everyones entrees were rather large. For dessert I went with the Tirumisu. It was light and perfect. The staff was very attentive as well. Such a perfect venue for any occasion whether it be a date night, private event or casual happy hour with some girlfriends.

This is a 4 1/2 star reviewIt had been a while since our last visit to Juliet's, and we were pleasantly surprised by the new look! The addition of the sunroom is a charming touch, though I do miss the open-space layout of the past. Parking in their lot was convenient, and the heaters in the covered patio make outdoor dining comfortable. The service was absolutely five-star--our server was attentive and friendly, elevating the dining experience. My salad topped with salmon was delicious, with fresh ingredients and perfectly cooked fish. It's great to see they still serve bread with dipping oil, a classic favorite. The prices were reasonable, and the portions were generous, making it great value for money. Juliet's is definitely a spot we'll be returning to soon!

We dined in for lunch. Staff was friendly, we were seated quickly and waited on promptly. I ordered a limoncello mule that was made quickly and tasted good and refreshing. For lunch I ordered the shrimp scampi. It was a good dish, fresh veggies, yummy nice sized shrimp. Flavors were alright, my angel hair was a little too soft and the sauce too soupy for my liking of shrimp scampi. It was good but could use some improvement. I'd dine again by try something different.

Recommended!We picked this location for a celebration group lunch and everyone loved it. The ambiance is beautiful, with good vibes. The lunch menu is very good, with generous sized portions. I chose the chicken funghi, which was ginormous. We enjoyed three desserts, which all could be shared since we were stuffed silly. My favorite was the tiramisu. The service was excellent. No one was neglected with so much attention from the staff, and we still enjoyed our conversations. We were inside, but the patio area looked very inviting. There's plenty of parking, just come down Toomey for the best access. Gorgeous food and place - we definitely want to come back!

I had my wedding rehearsal dinner here and it was amazing! We had a private room, and all night my guests kept talking about how wonderful the food was. I've also eaten dinner here many many times and it always hits.
