Jordanian Mediterranean Food

I always feel lucky when a food truck opens in my neighborhood. it's like my own backyard restaurant. i'm even luckier that this one is amazing. the menu is pretty big for a food truck, but they have meaty stuff, gluten free, and vegan options. I had a basic falafel wrap and some fries. although it took a minute to make, everything tasted so fresh, and seasoned perfectly. it's in the parking lot of a corner store, so you can grab drinks, or do laundry next door.

So we went here on a whim because we were hungry and lazy to make food. I ended up getting the eggplant rice plate. It had seasoned rice with some fried eggplant on top and a little side salad. I don't have much to say about the service or ambience because I was not the one that picked up the food. The food wasn't bad however it definitely wasn't my favorite. I think if I were to go again, I would get the falafel. The eggplant was okay but a little oily for my taste. That being said the rice was good, and I thought the salad was really interesting because it had pickles in it.I would still go here again, because there are multiple options for vegetarians. Next time I go I would try the falafel or the cauliflower and not the eggplant!

JMF is new in the neighborhood, and boy am I happy about it! I ordered the Chicken/Gyro mix over rice (spicy version). The food was class. Street eats just the way I wanted it. I was surprised that the dish included pickle chips (standard, not fried), and I liked it. The olive was nice too. They are open to 11pm Mon-Sat and look to have a lot of veg options. Will definitely become a regular, since it is closest option. It was better than Kismet Cafe, the other close option.

Really good falafel plate. Enjoyed the pickles, rice, salad and falafel. My husband also liked the gyro. generous portion, quick and well priced. Will definitely go back.

The beef gyro wrap was so good. There was a lot of meat and a fair price at $10. I got it spicy, and the spice level was definitely satisfying for someone who enjoys spicy food.
