This place makes a mean burger, I'll definitely be coming back! I had the jewboy with a side of tots & they were cooked to perfection. Crispy on the outside & fluffy on the inside. Also the house made spicy ketchup is to die for, I highly recommend having that as well. Cheers

We tried Jewboy a few years ago when we visited Austin with the family. Now that we're living here we decided to try it again. Granted we came at the odd time of 4 in the afternoon so the lines weren't as long as we remember them to be. There was a sweet staff member who offered our pup a little pup cup which he enjoyed! Food wise the husband got the Yenta with the garlic and onion latke with some tater tots while I got the A$$hole from El Paso with some onion rings. Both of us enjoyed our burgers! We enjoyed the tater tots more than the onion rings, but both were nice and crispy. The environment is nice and relaxed with plenty of space to sit indoors and outside!

The patty was thick, hefty, and well-formed. It was clean tasting. Almost too clean. The smokey, charred flavor you might expect a nice burger to have was absent. But it was unmistakably beef. The yellow slice on top did not impart much flavor. Instead, the majority of the flavor came from the pickles! If you like pickled flavors, then Jewboy is for you. I don't mind pickles, but prominently sour vinegar flavors is not what I prefer. Just enough to accompany and cut through some richness would be fine.Anyways, Jewboy has other burger options, including those with pastrami, or with latkes. I didn't get a chance to try those for the first round. But I did try the onion rings. These hollow fried batter tori well fit with rings of onion. This was no flakey breadcrumb or panko texture, this was more smooth liquidy batter coating, fried. The tori were not particularly crispy. They did taste like onions.Ok, what about the latkes? Potato patties? They do offer burger variant with latkes inside. One was normal. I suppose it could utilize a bit more salt. The other had chili and queso inside. That one had more flavor, but still it wasn't punchy. It didn't scream chili, or cheese, or set my head on fire. But it definitely has the potential if they'd like to adjust their recipe to deliver more flavor. It tasted mostly of fried potato, with a hint of generic cheesiness and a slight warmth. On the other hand, their schmitz stuff is pretty addictive--it's their "smokey aioli dipping sauce". If you put this everything, everything tastes better. But of course, that is a property of the aioli itself. I kind of wish their food was as pungent as their aioli.Parking wise, expect a cramped lot; if you don't find a space, just leave your car on the street. And when inside, the pickup and ordering stations are separate and clearly marked. They are friendly and quick.

Tried out JewBoy Burgers for the first time, and overall, it was a decent experience. I ordered the JewBoy Burger and a basket of tater tots. The burger was good--not amazing, but solid. I usually don't go for medium-rare burgers, and I forgot to specify how I wanted it cooked, so that's on me. The beef itself was very flavorful, though I wish I had asked for less dressing on the burger, as it made the bun a bit soggy (not a fan of that). Now, the tater tots? They were great! Crispy and golden, and that ranch sauce or dressing they served with them was on point. I also really enjoyed their spicy ketchup--it added a nice kick.Service was fast and friendly, and everyone there seemed to genuinely enjoy their day and their job, which added a great vibe to the experience. It seems like a good spot to grab a beer and a burger after work--who knows, I might try that next time! All in all, a good spot that I might give another try, but next time, I'll definitely customize my order a bit more.

If you're looking for a fantastic burger joint with a relaxed vibe, JewBoy Burgers is the place to be!The service was quick and efficient, and the staff at the counter were super friendly and welcoming. I started with their crinkle fries, which were perfectly crispy and paired amazingly well with their tasty spicy ketchup--just the right kick! The burger was juicy and packed with flavor, cooked to perfection. I had the Oy Vay Guey burger-- had a great kick to it! What really surprised me was their smoky mayo--I'm usually not a mayo fan, but this stuff was next level. It was so good that I found myself dipping fries in it too!Overall, the laid-back atmosphere, great food, and excellent service make JewBoy Burgers a must-visit spot. Can't wait to go back!

Obviously had to use yelp to help guide me and my husband here - did not disappoint! Onion rings and tots were 10/10. Crispy and for sure not greasy which can be hard for onion rings. Burgers were really good. They were a tad bit greasy BUT still rankable lunch for both of us! Only thing that sucked was the parking. We have a big truck - like everyone in Texas - and the parking lot was filled with other big trucks so it left coming and going very .... Interesting .....Service was fine. You order up front and they call when food is ready. Lots to look at around the restaurant with memorabilia!

Had an all around amazing experience here Saturday night. The burgers were great, fried food and the sauce that came with it were fantastic, and the staff working there were top notch. I think even the owner came out to check on us while we're eating too! Just expect a line to form on weekends because there was one when we went.

Came on a Friday night and it was fairly empty. It was a... grungy type eatery but welcoming and fun. It's not super large and can easily be missed since it sorta stands alone on a larger street but definitely worth a stop in.This spot specializes in smash burgers and they apparently have monthly specials and November's was the sleeper, a Thanksgiving inspired burger. We got that and the goyim along with a side of fries and tots. All the food was delicious, the fries and tots were very crisp but fluffy on the inside. The sleeper had a very nice sage flavor and the gravy was great on the burger because its gravy. The goyim was also very good, essentially a pastrami sandwich and burger mixed together. The smash burgers themselves were really well flavored and all the little crispy craggly bits made fun a great texture.Overall, highly recommend coming out here for a burger and sides. I'm sad I don't live closer to try their monthly offerings but its only ~3hours away.

Delicious burger served in an unassuming manner - in an unassuming to-go box. Loved everything about it - just the right amount of swiss cheese and not so many pickles I have to pick them off. Sweet FOH crew to match the skill/perseverance of the sweating BOH kitchen sillies in the background.Mom complained about the latkes not tasting like grandma's, but the entire serving was eaten so it can be safely disregarded.
