very impressed with this place! and would love to have a chance to go back.We went for early valentines dinner and had a great time. They got cozy and beautiful ambiance inside, we sat on the covered patio on a chilly day but there was sufficient heating so it was good.Got the focaccia 9.5/10 - so fluffy with whipped ricotta, GET THISrigatoni with rabbit 7.5/10 - tasty with horse radish creampork shoulder - 8/10 - very tender and flavorful with sauce and veg throughoutgarlicky potato pizza 7/10 - good flavor but too garlicky and much sour cream that ruined my stomach the next day unfortunatelydesserts: brown butter cake 8/10, sweet with the marshmallowpanna cotta 8.5/10 - fresh, not overly sweet and large servingOn the way out, we got some truffles to go and Krystal the chocolatier was very pleasant and sweet! Chocolate taste good - got a lil bit of everything. Overall very pleased with the food, service and ambiance. It's worth the hype :)

Phenomenal, high quality food in a romantic, cozy, intimate, candle lit environment (did I give enough adjectives here?). The cocktails are craft.Happy Hour is from 4 to 6:30 PM and it's $2 off cocktails and small plates.Drinks - "Me & My Arrow" ($17) - Sweet and delicious with a thick layer of foam on top. Must Get - Focaccia with House-Made Ricotta ($10) - Heavenly!Good - Sausage, Apple, Honey Pizza ($22) - The crust is very thin and crispy and somehow holds up structurally. I found it to be a bit salty but it was nicely flavored overall. Wagyu Carpaccio ($22) - It my first time having carpaccio and I sure it was a good one, I just don't think I am a carpaccio person.Brown Butter Cake with Cinnamon Gelato ($9) - The flavors were surprisingly complex and melded together beautifully. The plating on everything was gorgeous.Grace was amazing - we were very high maintenance this evening and she was patient and lovely.

Recently discovered Intero Restaurant made Yelp's Most Romantic Date Spots in the US and ironically having just eaten here within the last two weeks with my best friend and let's just say it felt like we were on one lol. This restaurant feels so intimate when you first walk in and greeted by the host sitting behind a chocolate display. They actually make their own gourmet chocolates and truffles which select options are only available for those who dine in!It's a bit misleading as there is a lot more table space towards the back which even surprised me as I thought it was maybe a capacity of like 20 when I first walked in. You're immeditely presented with their bar and the front room was even warm and cozy as the wood-fired pizza oven was prominently displayed. After we had a moment to look at the menu, our server was super sweet and was conscious to ask if there were any allergies at the table. Since I have a few, I informed them and they immediately told me they would go to the kitchen and present a menu of dishes that could be modified and which ones were not possible. This was so helpful as they even informed me of a dish or two that had the ingredients built within and not possible to modify. Sadly one of them was a dish I had in mind, but not going into anaphylactic shock is also nice lol.Highly recommend starting with their focaccia bread and burrata, served with just enough pieces of bread to enjoy yourself but not overly packed where you feel like you ate an entire loaf (IYKYK). The bestie and I decided to share plates and we did two main dishes which were both excellent. They have a seasonal menu and different daily highlights so check within 24 hours of your reservation on what they're featuring. It was such a beautiful experience and I can't wait to actually come back with my fiancé for a proper date moment lmao.

My dinner at Intero was a good experience. Italian isn't my personal favorite but Intero did a good job. The cabbage salad and focaccia was a great start. The cabbage salad was a good balance and loved the char on it. The focaccia was fine. I wish there was a bit more olive oil. A friend and I got two dishes to share. The Malfadine with bolognese was a classic. The meat sauce was flavorful and the pasta was well made. The ravioli with smoked red fish and lemon preserve was okay. There was way too much going on the dish. I wish there was some editing. It was kind of giving a lox sandwich. Dessert was a good time. The affogato was great they did a roasted white chocolate ice cream. The brown butter cake was good and balanced. The service was really good. Overall a solid experience.

My daughter had originally picked out another establishment but when we arrived it was closed. I quickly whipped out my phone and opened Yelp to find the best restaurant within a reasonable distance. Intero caught my eye and off we went. We quickly scoped out two seats at the bar and were warmly greeted by Mark. I ordered a glass of L'aura, Chianti Classico and my daughter a glass of Pluger, Cabernet. The L'aura was delicious fruit forward with floral notes. Really great. For dinner we opened with the House Made Burrata. This dish was the best Burrata I have ever had! Exquisitely flavored. For the main course I had the Bucatini and my daughter the Mafaldine. Both extremely good! I had the Strawberry Custard Desert as well also great. Throughout our dinner Mark was attentive and friendly.

I enjoyed the appetizers and small plates more than their main dishes. My least favorite was the pork belly as it was rough and had only one flavor profile. Didn't leave me wanting another bite at all. The small plates mostly were all delectable. My favorite of the small bites was the beet salad, tasted so refreshing and the carpaccio. Risotto wasn't too bad but I've had better. The oyster mushroom pizza is a must try! Their sorbet dessert was also smooth, refreshing, and bursting with rich natural fruit flavor, definitely recommend. Very excellent service. Waitress was so sweet, kind and patient despite serving our big party. I love the ambiance. Would be an ideal spot for a date or girls night!

Having dined here for two special occasions, I feel I may confidently share that the consistency in quality for a group dining experience you will have is a 5/5! Intero is a fantastic option for those who like a more intimate environment with less attentive/in-your-face service. That's not to say that the staff are not helpful, simply more so that they really only are attentive when requested and tend to be more reserved otherwise. To start, this is definitely a "shareable" type restaurant meaning family style is the way to go. To make the most of your visit, come with a group of 3-4. Now, let's get into the dishes! I highly recommend the foccacia served with ricotta and honey. Such a beautifully lush textural experience with cloud-soft bread. I've heard to get the burrata, but truly wasn't too enthused by it being paired with a more natural rye bread. While complex, it wasn't really what I prefer but could still appreciate it. Meal wise, you cannot go wrong with any of their pastas! The surprise showstopper for me was the redfish ravioli. The smoky fish enveloped is an al dente pasta casing was the perfect bite with the green tomatoes. The bolognese was doted as a a must have on social media. The malfadine pasta was fantastic, although, the sauce could have more elevated flavors and felt more homemade rather than restaurant style. The risotto seems to be a seasonal dish that changes meat pairings. I had originally tried it with duck breast which was delicious! The risotto is very rich, so be prepared to break it up with bites of something more acidic (seek tomato based options.). This time it was served with quail (smoked I think?) that had such brittle bones it felt tedious to eat. Wasn't really for me and was probably my least favorite dish thus far.To close out the evening, you muuuust get the brown butter cake with cinnamon gelato. Oh my goodness, this is top 5 dessert I've ever had in Texas! I think this is truly the reason why I give this restaurant a 5/5 rather than a 4 because it's just so perfect. Cheers!

Intero has been on my radar for a while now. It has a dark, romantic vibe. We ordered wine, wagyu beef carpaccio, timballo, ricotta gnocchi, rigatoni and then the brown butter cake. It was all lovely and seemed freshly made. They boast a farm to table, pasta made in house menu. Each dish had unique flavors. Service was friendly and happy to give recommendations on the menu.

Visiting my cousin from out of town and for girls night she took me to Intero and let me tell you, I was FLOORED. They make everything from scratch and made to order. The food was so good, I am not a pizza person but the pizza was SPOT ON. We got the smoked pork sausage with hot honey pizza and the honey was not spicy which I was thankful for because the FLAVOR of this pizza was so yummy. We also got the focaccia with ricotta and if you do not get this dish, you are seriously missing out because I was literally scooping the DELICIOUS honey ricotta onto my pizza and that focaccia melts in your mouth literally. We got the redfish ravioli as well and it was good, definitely not fishy if you are worried about that. We got espresso martinis that tasted a little burnt but could have been because of the espresso beans. NOW FOR THE REAL STAR: The brown butter cake. If you do not order this, you will have missed out on HEAVEN. We got it to share and I ended up eating the entire plate basically by myself... oops. I am lactose intolerant but I don't regret eating a single thing and sacrificing my stomach... that tells you how good it was. UGH wish I could eat here all the time. 10/10.
