Loooved this place so much I had to come again even though I was here a few days before. But this time I went to the Barbara Jordan location to see if it would be just as good, and it was!!I got the meatless mike and the jaymeetless and the jaymeetless is my favorite so far. I love the "fried chicken" they use and how saucy it was. 5/5I wasn't as into the meatless mike and it's probably my least favorite sandwich out of all the ones I've tried so far. I wish it was more heavy on the marinara sauce, but also I think I'm just not that big of a fan of meatballs. 3/5

this was one of the best sandwiches i've ever had! i was a bit hesitant initially because ive never had a sandwich like this before and i usually like to just go for a classic italian sub. but this was just so incredibly delectable. i ordered the Steven Pressfield with lettuce tomatoes onions and pickles on the dutch crunch. the bread really stood out to me- it was very biscuity and flakey and flavorful, it added a biscuity sweetness to the otherwise savory sandwich. the sriracha also added a delicious tang to the sandwich, it was a perfect touch. the sandwich had the perfect ratio of meat to toppings to bread, and it was so savory and sweet. coming from NJ, i'm really not used to sandwiches having such a blended flavor profile but it really really worked and just blew me away. additionally, the service at this place was great- the cashier was super friendly and even offered me a cup of water while i waited a few minutes for the sandwich to be prepared. i was also pleasantly surprised by the lollipop that came with the sandwich. SO glad i picked this place for lunch today in austin!

Expensive but hands down one of the best sandwich places in Texas. My food was cooked on order and the place was clean overall. I only seen two employees working but they greeted me when I walked in and answered the questions I had about the menu. Worth the price.

Very fascinating sandwich shop unlike any other. I don't think I've ever seen the vast number of different sandwich combinations under one room. If you are a fan of sandwich even just a little bit, you can find something you might like. Also plenty of vegetarian options. Very easy to get option paralysis but I ended up going with the 'Ménage a trois' and it was really good.Inside is a casual, walk up to the counter and order experience but the servers were very nice and patient. Sandwich took about 15-20 min but it looked like there were lots of online orders. That's probably the move to have a little bit of forward planning to grab and go with your sandwich. Overall, solid sandwich and if I'm looking for an adventurous new choice I will be coming back!

Sandwich was super good! The only thing is the bread was kinda of hard and hurt the inside of my mouth to chew but the inside of the sandwich was delicious! Staff was super nice and even gave me coupons to come back. Lots of seating inside.

I have tried the sandwich in a group setting, but this is the first time that I was able to order it solely for myself. I ordered it via Uber eats and the delivery was timely and the sandwich tasted as if it had just been made. I ordered the Matt Cain on Dutch crunch bread. It's very filling, you could share or save the other half for dinner. It's a little pricey, but I would definitely order again.

I absolutely love Ike's. I may just be biased because they have a ton of vegetarian and vegan options unlike most other sandwich shops.This location is really clean and spacious. The staff is nice enough. I haven't had much reason to interact with them beyond my order. On to the food! Like I said there are a ton of vegan options. They have plenty of Vegan mock meats and dressings that you wouldn't find at other shops. I've had the vegan Tom Brady. It's a big hearty sandwich that I would definitely order again. I've also had the Vegan Green Goblin which is smaller, but still a really good and filling portion. I've eaten here w/ several people and not one had any complaints. Hubs even said he's glad it's not too far so we can come back again.
