Amazing meal. Celebrated my wife's birthday. Cocktails were fabulous. Salads were delicious. Steaks cooked to perfection. Sides were delightful. Service was impeccable. No fewer than a dozen people were constantly helping one another to ensure nothing was missed. They have some sort of CIA inspired communication protocol between every worker. They know what you are eating and all knew it was my wife's special day. First class attention to detail - right down to the complimentary birthday goodies. The bar and main dining areas have much more ambience. The back room is more intimate and quiet for discussions. Top notch.

We went to III forks to celebrate a big promotion for my husband at work and had an absolutely wonderful experience.I called ahead and asked the manager if we could have a dessert honoring the occasion brought out and he was happy to make that happen. We arrived and had a drink at the bar area - service was prompt and friendly. Two of us had the special Tito's martini and my husband had the old fashioned. Both drinks were delicious! I loved the bacon/blue cheese stuffed olives in the martini (felt like a little appetizer in my glass). We were seated promptly at our reservation time - the space looked crowded but once sat at your table it didn't feel crowded. Our waiter was incredibly attentive and helpful. The three of us decided to share everything. We had the calamari and wedge salad to start. We also ordered some fancy butter that normally is served with the meat for the bread (such a pro move for those of us who love bread lol). The starters were served to us super quickly and all of it was delicious! The calamari was crispy and fresh, not chewy at all. The spicy Thai chili dip was so bomb. The wedge salad was a huge portion with lots of chunks of blue cheese. Absolutely delicious. The warm truffle butter with the bread was so good. Loved it and would definitely recommend ordering some fancy butter with the bread if that's your thing. We all split the 28oz dry aged bone in ribeye. It was cooked and seasoned PERFECTLY (we got it medium). The meat was tender and the outside seasoning was charred just expertly. We enjoyed the fried brussels sprouts, some steamed green beans and the 6 cheese potatoes. I mean, seriously it was indulgent in all the best ways. Everything was served hot and with care. We also got an extra serving of the fancy butter to use with the steak (no charge to us). Obviously, delicious and such a nice treat! I was too busy enjoying the meal to take pictures of everything so you'll just have to take my word on every item's deliciousness. The pre-ordered dessert came out - two slices of cake with a big congrats in the center. Chocolate layered and then some delicious pecan white cake. Both were fantastic in different ways. We also had little shooters of house made Irish cream whiskey. Absolutely fantastic. We all had additional drinks with dinner - I had the strawberry rose sidecar, my brother had the maple whiskey drink and my husband had a glass of Caymus. My husband was brought out an additional half glass of the Caymus since it was the end of the bottle (which was crazy generous considering the per glass price point). The price of the experience was high end but the experience and food matched the cost and because we shared all the food it felt reasonable for this level of restaurant and the quality of food and service we experienced. Plus, the fact that the team made us feel so incredibly special with the extras really helped justify the tab. From start to finish the experience was excellent. We felt very well-cared for from entry to exit and the staff made this celebratory dinner extra special. I would HIGHLY recommend if you're looking for a beautiful steakhouse with great staff and food. No complaints only praise here!

I was here for a private event, but let me tell you this was one amazing lunch. The steak was perfectly rare, and the service was amazing (okay, we had a private room), but the sides and the accoutrements were what made the day. The shrimps were any thing but shrimpy - HUGE. Crabcakes, steak fries, salad - I couldn't finish half my meal! But I'm ready to tray again next time I'm in the area. Don't miss this place.

This was my contended for best steak when I lived in Austin (on par with Jeffrey's). I could always count on a perfect ribeye steak when I went here - perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked (true medium rare if requested whereas most places do too "medium"), and an excellent fatty cut of meat.

We had a decent meal just before a show up the street. It was lively up front, but we were seated in the back room for some reason. It was fine for us. We were 1 of 2 tables occupied, then a party of about 6 were seated. We got a couple of the house cocktails to get us started. She had the love potion, and I think I had the bees knees. I don't remember. She ordered a Caesar salad and spinach & artichoke dip. She didn't finish it. It seemed to have more dip than spinach or artichoke. I ordered the bacon wrapped ribeye cap and kings butter. The steak was good but not cooked to my desired temp. It was seasoned decently, and I finished it. I will keep this spot on my list and may try this spot again if in the area. Hopefully, I'd get to test out some other items and maybe upgrade my review.

Always wonderful service at III Forks! They are the perfect venue for private events. I really enjoyed the sauce that the pork chop was placed over. So much I had to order extra sauce. Definitely come dine in for a lovely date night.

The waiter was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I had the love potion drink and it was sweet and good. One was enough due to the sweetness. The filet mignon was cooked exactly as I requested-medium rare. You MUST try the Brussel sprouts !! Everyone loved this side the most. Mashed potatoes were good so was the spinach. Very pricey.
