Sushi with a smile. One of my favorite spots for sushi in the area. I'm never disappointed in the ambiance, service, the cuisine, or the experience in such a beautiful spot In Georgetown. Had some new dishes to mixed it up with old favorites I can't do without. The Hamachi Kama, Yellowtail Grilled Collar with absolutely delicious with crispy skin and lots of plump meat. I had the Q-Blossom which is beautiful and elegant. My friend had the bisque and Tuna Tataki. Ridiculous. Nothing but praise for the kitchen and service.I already have my next menu items picked out for a repeat.

Nestled in a charming plaza in Georgetown outside you will find live music and seating. Inside you find an upscale, family-owned sushi restaurant brings a fresh twist to classic Japanese cuisine. The restaurant itself is modern and elegant, and the service is attentive and welcoming, making it a delightful experience from the start. The menu is packed with diverse options, catering to both sushi lovers and those looking to try something unique. We tried the Miso Soup, Ichiro Lamb Chops, Texan Roll, Salmon Sashimi, and the High Roller, each with a unique flavor profile that stood out. The lamb chops were especially memorable--perfectly tender with a delicious seasoning. The Texan Roll, while creative, may not be ideal for those who prefer firmer textures in their sushi.Overall, this is a great spot for a date night or evening out with friends. If you're in Georgetown and craving quality sushi with a creative twist, this place is worth a visit!

Hmmm. I want like this place but had to ding them pretty hard on slow service and super high prices - even for a high-end sushi joint.Soup for 2 you say? $28. For soup.Way-overdone calamari with 10 tiny rounds? $19The most absurd was the fatty toro sushi pieces sliced paper thin? $13.50 eachThe Shumai are the size of dimes! Most dishes were tasty but the price point/value is why I will not be returning.

It was my birthday and I had not planned on doing anything when a friend suggested a last minute get together at Ichiro. I called them on a Wednesday and I was surprised they were able to accommodate a party of 12 for the coming Friday. This place is awesome! It's a huge space, they even had live music playing. Daniel, our server was extremely nice. He recommended a tequila old fashioned and I couldn't be happier with his choice. For main, i had the tuna temptation roll and the fish was very fresh, the rice fish portion was great and the flavors really complemented each other. For dessert, he brought me the ginger creme brûlée and it was very good. Really refreshing and not overly sweet, but still with the crunchy top. I highly recommend this place and cannot wait to be back.

I brought my parents here who were visiting from out of town and we all loved it! The drinks were tasty and the sushi was SO FRESH. This is one of my favorite sushi spots in the whole area. The service is top-notch and the wait staff is polite and respectful. The ambiance is elegant and there has been live music before. I can't wait to come back!

Honestly, we were hesitant at first to dine in at an Asian restaurant with Asian Bistro in it's name so we had very little expectations upon entering the restaurant. Expectations turned around very quickly when we were met with a charmingly decorated interior, live music, a delicious sushi roll, and 15/10 service from the bartenders. The Texan roll is something we'll be craving for again in the future. It's a hefty $24 roll but compared to other sushi restaurants, the size of the roll was about 1.5x the size. It did not sacrifice flavor for quantity though. We rarely find things we absolutely love at restaurants but this was that love at first bite. The service was phenomenal and super attentive. The food and drinks could've been just okay and I still would've had a great experience at this place due to the service from the staff. Also the owner came by to chat and make sure everything turned out okay. We're definitely coming back here to try other things but mostly to eat the Texan roll. Pairs well with hot sake and a Kirin!

My wife and I attended dinner on a Friday night with an 8pm reservation for our 10 year anniversary. We were seated immodestly and served quickly. The wine and cocktail were fantastic, the deep fried oyster app was on point, and we followed it with 3 phenomenal rolls. Everything, including the food, service, and live music to set the perfect ambiance was nothing short of spectacular. Thank you for allowing us a great experience for such an important date!
