Great Sunday Funday spot on Rainey. Been following the PDA band since I heard about their Beyonce and Bruno Mars collab many moons ago. They perform most Sunday afternoons so it was definitely on my bucket list to check out the next time I was in the area. If you are looking to listen to some high-energy R&B, Soul, and Top-40 check them out.The bar is housed inside the house and there are several bartenders so the line to get drinks moved pretty fast. Most drinks were served in these large mason jars and they leaned more on the refreshing and fruity side. The back area is carpeted with artificial turf and there was plenty of room to watch the band, dance, and sing along with the crowd. There were also tables scattered around the permitter for groups as well.

Wow to the lavender drink in a coupe. The old fashioned was pretty amazing as well. I'm from bourbon country and forgot that buffalo trace is popular here. It was the first bourbon mentioned and I went for it. A+. The music was fun and it was a really chill rainy Wednesday night. The bartenders were very sweet and danced a lot. I'd love to go back.

More like a 3.5 but rounding up. We stopped in for one drink at Icenhauer's while exploring Rainey during the day. It was pretty empty inside but they had a DJ set up on the front porch. The bartender was super nice and friendly. I was interested in trying the Katie but it honestly didn't taste that great to me. I think it wasn't quite sweet enough or something was a little off with the mix of ingredients. Nate got the Ashley, which was like a spicy margarita, and that was really good. I'd definitely order that one again.

Cool, friendly bartenders, making pretty decent drinks. The back patio is a great space with room to chat and patio games to challenge the inebriated.

Came here for a night out and I loved it!! The drinks were delicious and the music was so good!! I wish there were more people there to dance though. I had my first pickle martini and a sangria and they were both so good!! The drink sizes are great too. We had such a great time!!

I highly recommend coming to Rainey street to any tourist looking for a good time, and Icenhauer's was a great example of that! We came on a Sunday night, the PDA band were performing and they were just tons of fun! They played a lot of fun music like boy bands, Shania Twain, Bruno Mars... I even heard someone say "PDA does Bruno Mars better than Bruno Mars does"... lol! I loved the vibe there, beautiful outdoor weather helped too. I will say I did not order a drink, but I did eat at the parked food truck, Gobble Gobble, and the food was pretty good. All in all a very enjoyable experience and would definitely come back again.

Another great Rainey Street bar!Great drinks and great live music, at the time their selection of entertainment is what drew us in. They also have a great food trailer in the front yard, at the time it seemed quite popular. Cheers!

This is a great spot to hang out at on Rainey!! Their drinks are solid and it's a good vibes spot for sure. Be sure to try their sangria if you go here, and they also sometimes will have solid live music on Sunday afternoons for Sunday funday as well! Their bartenders are also friendly too.

Like most bars on Rainey, they cater to their geography... you'll be hearing tons of pop songs from the millennium and before. Drinks here are just as below average and overpriced compared to other places, as if there was a handbook.

I went on a girl's trip to Austin last weekend and decided to explore the highly recommended Rainey St. which was anything but a disappointment. It was such a fun and unique atmosphere for us to try out. While walking down Rainey, we could tell that Icenhauer's had the most fun vibe with a band out front on the front deck. The band, PDA, were singing so many great hits and the crowd was having to much fun! We decided to check it out and went inside to find such a neat little bar with a super fun DJ in the back area. It was a huge place with lots of seating and lots of places to dance. The staff were very friendly and the drinks were great! I can't say it was the best sangria I've ever had, but for $6 on a Sunday in a huge mason jar, it was definitely worth it! Honestly one of the most fun places we went to in Austin and we went to tons of bars on 6th street which should tell you something. Definitely check this place out!
