I love love love this place, everything we ordered was made with love and we can tell! The owner is amazing! Do not sleep on the grits they are the best I've had!! The shrimp was made to perfection not over cooked and the boudin balls were scrumptious and ever so tender my son fell in love with the wings and catfish paired with the red sauce. My husband was addicted to the catfish with dirty rice. And man that po boy was so soft and flaky #hurrybacknow

Yelp never fails me!! I've passed by this food truck so many times and I always say to myself I need to try it.Well I was craving some good Cajun food and searched Yelp and low and behold today was the day that I would be led to this little piece of awesomeness.I couldn't decide between the Po'boy or the voodoo catfish so I got both.When I tell you I couldn't even wait til I got to my destination. I started eating in the car and it was love at first bite! I couldn't stop eating. I will absolutely hurry back to this place. Just do yourself a favor and go.You can thank me later

Pricey, but very tasty. We enjoyed the food and would probably go back if not for the high prices. Personal preference, nothing more.

I don't know how Kyle got so lucky to have Chef Chenitha's food truck, but we are blessed! Everything I've eaten here is literally the best version of that dish. Fried catfish? Best ever, seasoned beautifully. Shrimp po-boy? Swoon-worthy. Gumbo? Think I experienced enlightenment. Around Thanksgiving, Chenitha offers meals of turkey and sides that will make you the holiday hero. She's also incredibly nice, as is her family. Support a small business and do your face a favor.

Absolutely delicious! Love the truck and location and the food is excellent. I ordered shrimp fries and the catfish basket and it was amazing. I'll definitely be back again.

I CANNOT MAKE THIS UP!!I made sure to #HurryBack and try a try their new menu item the HBC chicken sandwich and I was NOT not disappointed!! I tried to make it home bc I had order a catfish PoBoy for my hubs but there was NO STOPPING ME!! I NEVER THE PARKING LOT The crunch that came with EACH bite of my sandwich was far better than what Popeyes, Church's and even Chic-filA could have offered!! I mean the buns were buttered, the chicken was flavored and those homemade HB sauces on the sandwich was HEAVEN!! I already made up in my mind that ima get ANOTHER one next time I'm that way! Definitely worth trying and hurry and do it bc it's for a limited time! I ate some of my fries and a bite of the burger before taking my pic but you get the point lol #HurryBackCatering

Chef-owner Chenitha Ellis brings a wonderful Cajun dining experience to Texas. I had piggybacked on a talk tread asking who does the best fried Turkey in the area. A Yelp pal (Hi Tish!) pointed me toward Hurryback. Chef Ellis' online reviews backed up what was stated in the talk thread. Our excellent customer service began with our first phone call. Chenitha patiently answered all of our questions and as a bonus offered to meet us to drop off our bird. Our 20lb bird arrived double wrapped in foil and in its own baking pan. How freeking easy is this? For once we could concentrate on sides and cocktails and not worry about an overdone turkey.After about an hour or so of a reheat, our beautifully fried turkey was unveiled to our guests. The skin had a cajun kick to it and the meat was as moist as you would expect from a fried bird. These guys catered the Kyle Chamber luncheon today. They served gumbo, potato salad and a garden salad. The gumbo was fantastic and the potato salad was just right!!I'll be keeping their address handy for my next outing!!Teddy G.

Customer service was very great. However, I had ordered Wang and catfish and my perception was that I was going to receive two wings and a piece of catfish. That was not the case I received catfish and a quarter leg I didn't receive no utensils, no sauce no napkins. Now let's talk about these Boudin balls They are super meaty super greasy

Amazing and flavorful, the gentleman was helpful and so sweet! Can't wait to go back for more!!
