We went on a Friday night with my Uncle a few weeks ago when he came to visit. It wasn't crowded and the owner's son was our waiter, which was kinda cool and he did a good job as well. I got a michelada with Pacifico, my Mom got a strawberry margarita and my Dad got a modelo. My fiance was excited to hear about their agua frescas and plans to try them next visit. He warned me that the spicy michelada was hot but I didn't think so...it was good though. To eat, my fiance and I shared a few tacos (their taco names crack me up ): El Hijo De La Chingada: Made with a mix of Beef, Chicken, Pork, Bacon, Ham, Chorizo and Sausage Link all tender and well-seasoned in a spicy finish. Aside from the meat it includes Grilled Onions and Peppers then garnished with Raw Onions, Cilantro, Avocado and Queso Fresco. El Tabasqueño: taco made with Beef marinated in our Original Spicy Sauce, Melted White Cheese, Cilantro, Grilled Onion, and Avocado. El Chingon: taco made with Beef, Sausage Link, Melted White Cheese, Grilled Onions, Cilantro, and Avocado.Omg! The tacos were delicious but they were hot af. Even my Fiance who has a really high heat tolerance commented on it. Really good flavor though. We'll definitely be back but I'll need to order a bit more cautiously next time lol.

I love this place it's only gotten better since covid.During lockdown I would say I would come atleast once a week and damn it's done nothing but gotten better and better each time. The quesdilla Azteca is a must try - I get it every single time love it. The chips and salsa is always such a high point odd to say I know but trust me on that one. I love all the tacos as well try them all if you can.

Friendly service, ambiance like a mom and pop shop, food was delish. We had the chips and guacamole, I think the guacamole portion could have been a little bit more. Quesadilla Azteca would definitely recommend. My husband would recommend enchiladas plate as well.Located in a strip mall, this family owned business opened right at the start of COVID, with that, 4 years later they are still running and growing. Let's give these guys some support! Parking lot right out front.

Oh man this place. No idea why there's no line snaking way out the door for Huahuasco! The food is just WOW. I'm going to have pleasant dreams of their cheese enchilada.

First timer alert! We came for lunch and decided to order a few things and share. This is a family owned restaurant, recipes passed down from generations, and cooked to order so definitely give yourself time to enjoy. Please be mindful that this is not Tex-mex, it is authentic Mexican cuisine. Out of all of the dishes my favorite was the ceviche...perfect for a hot Texas day. The menu is copious so go with a group so you can try multiple dishes. Liquor license is coming soon so margaritas will be on the menu!!!

Finally some authentic Mexican food around Austin!! We stopped here on a Friday night and was not crowded a lot . They had enough parking . We didn't order alcoholic drinks and ordered the mango pineapple juice which was so refreshing ! The guacamole was freshly made and tasted good and chips were not store bought ones which was pleasing . Ordered the bistek a la Mexicana tacos and the spicy verde chicken which were great . Tortillas looked handmade and the rice and beans was of great quality . The only thing we didn't like that much was the fish tostada and it had the really raw smell of fish . But they have so many authentic options and would definitely come back !

I have been hearing great things about this little spot for a while, but hadn't gotten around to visit it. Service is outstanding. They offer recommendations and make sure you know exactly what you're ordering and the spice level. The Gordita and the sope are both equally amazing, especially with carne asada as your meat of choice. The quesadilla azteca is humongous and it's impossible to finish, but so good. I've enjoyed all the salsas I have tried and their homemade chips are a real treat. If you're in Pflugerville and in the mood for some great no frills Mexican food, this is the spot to go to.

I came here on a business trip to get a sampling of some authentic Mexican cuisine. The team here did not disappoint. They stayed after closing to ensure I had a satisfying meal, and my server even bagged me up some extra chips to take home with my leftovers without being asked. Flavors aplenty and quality cooking can be found here. I strongly recommend trying out this experience.
