We went Sunday night for all night martini happy hour! We absolutely loved it. It was amazing - everything we ordered was delicious. Lychee martini is my favorite - I could drink 5 The zucchini fritters were perfect, the sauce they come with pairs so well and the fritters have a great crunch. I ordered the cavatelli pasta with pesto - truly one of my favorite pastas lately! The pasta itself is amazing, but the pesto id also one of my favorites. My husband got the smash burger and said it was one of his favorites as well and we've tried a couple around town! We finished with the olive oil cake - a must order!! Cane is perfectly cooked and the nuts and cream on the side pair amazingly. Service was quick, food came out in less than 30 minutes for everything besides dessert of course. The interior is super cute and they have a pretty big patio! We will definitely be returning, one of our favorite places now!! The perfect first time experience honestly!

I went here with a friend and we had so much fun! We shared french fries along with the risotto and got the olive oil cake at the end. You absolutely absolutely must get the olive oil cake if you go here!! Honestly part of me feels like I should just go there right now and get the olive oil cake again because it is so so so good. It's sweet, but then there's also some salt which works so well with the sweetness. On top of it there is fluffy whipped cream that made it so perfect! Of course, the rest of the food was also great. The buttermilk aïoli tasted so good with the french fries. The risotto was also super unique. I loved the hazelnuts with it. Their drinks were also really good as well. Honestly, I went with a friend, but this place would be so cute for a date night. The ambience gave desert vibes but also was kind of modern and sleek. The service was also good. Everyone was really nice.I definitely want to go here again because we had so much fun!

The food and drinks are good, albeit on the expensive side. The menu is mostly snack/app type selection. Lots of outdoor space if you want to dine on the patio. I've been twice and service was solid both times.

I can't believe I haven't been here before. I have totally been missing out! Holiday is an AMAZING bar with the best vibes!!! The place was full on a Friday night and service was still very efficient. My friend and I had an enjoyable time! We had a mocktail night and I'm super happy we chose Holiday because the Non Alcoholic (Spirit Free) options were still very sophisticated and classy, not just ginger beer and juice! They had a special for their drink Root Cause which has Mezcal, lemon, blanco tequila, ginger, beets. I ordered the mocktail version of it although it's not listed on the menu. It was one of the best mocktails I've had and I'm sure the cocktail is even better. The food menu is very curated with limited options. I ordered the baguette and butter ($8) and added on the Spanish anchovies and salsa verde and it was delicious! Love the mix of indoor and outdoor seating. Music is also a great addition to any bar and they got it right! A little bit of Janet Jackson, 2000s pop and some R&B was played!

I've been wanting to check out Holiday on 7th for a while! It definitely met my expectations. They were having a small vendor market and live music while was great for a casual Sunday. The servers were very attentive, made sure our water bottle was always full, and gave great recommendations. The fries had a great crisp but there was a new flavor for me, possibly the tarragon, that wasn't something I'm personally a fan of. I absolutely love fries paired with an aioli but I think a truffle or garlic aioli would have been a better fit. The fries were a great snack to share and pair with a light drink. The lychee martini was delicious!! It was a great refreshing flavor without a strong liquor taste. I would certainly return for this drink. The glass it was served in was gorgeous as well which, in my opinion, made it taste even better.

A chill vibe on the east side. This place compliments the area without trying g to stand out. The service here is without a doubt why I come.I sit at the bar and find Tony and Sam to be top notch bartenders that power through an assortment of great drinks. These guys are great and shows why this place won bar of the year.Get everything in the menu and be ready to hear about the pasta maker - yep it's an heirloom. Delicious results and I may say the best pasta around. The drinks are fire and my personal favorite is the Virgos Groove - bell pepper and Sotol hit so well together. So if you aren't already in a ride-share or driving over before finishing this review then I have a chance of grabbing that seat so I thank you. ;)

Definitely a chill spot to grab a cocktail and catch up with a friend. Insider tip: I wish we would have snagged a spot on the back patio as it was much more lively when compared to the very relaxed front patio. What I ordered:Frozen Saturn (14) - gin, passionfruit, orgeat, lemon, velvet falernum I really enjoyed this drink and would definitely recommend.

Came here around 8 pm on a Saturday night for the first time with a friend. I love the ambience and decor- great vibes and they have a pretty big patio. Parking lot is small but you can park on a side street. This place is pretty standard in terms of typical Austin bougie bars. Cocktails are $15-18, apps are around $10-$12 and the few entrees $25-30. I do like they have a martini menu and my vodka martini was perfect! My friend got the frozen Saturn which she liked- a sweet tiki drink. My second drink was the broken hammock. It was served in a Collins glass overflowing with ice. Like there couldn't even have been 2 ounces of liquid in there and it was so sour. A waste of $15. The drink menu is eclectic though and the martini good enough I'd go back for it- esp on Sundays when it's half price! My friend and I decided to share a couple things. The bar nuts were good but $4 for a side ramekin was a bit much. Fries for $8 were mid in terms of portion and taste- the sauce it came with was good. But $8! The pasta was delicious but again- 4 big bites of it and it was basically gone. I know this is normal and the world we live it, just ridiculously overpriced but it still annoys me- especially when the pasta has NO protein. It's a box of pasta with some sauce! Come on! $18, maybe $20 max!It was not terribly busy but our server was just not around- I had to order my second drink from someone clearing our plates (finally- they sat there forever).Like I said- would absolutely do half price martinis there but other than that just another run of the mill Austin bougie bar that'll have you walking out at minimum $50 lighter, with no buzz and still kinda hungry.

Another wonderful night at Holiday! I brought my boyfriend last night, as he has never had the chance to check it out. Parking was a little hard to come by, as the lot is quite small, so we had to find parking on a side street. This didn't take too long, though, so no complaints! Street parking (and the Holiday lot) is free. Since it was such a wonderful night, we sat outside. Service was quick, and as soon as we sat ourselves, our server greeted us and took our drink order. Then we ordered two appetizers (bread and butter with anchovies and the broccoli fritters) and cocktails to start, and then both pasta dishes and some wine for our entrees. Delicious! Highly recommend as your next spot for drinks and some yummy food! Great for groups and date night.
