Literally THE BEST pastry and cake bistro in Austin! My highlight is their croissants! So so so many layers. Crispy, flaky and fluffy all at once. I love the crisp of the outer layer and the fluff and flakes within! These croissants beat the ones in France. So yes, #betterthanfranceThe tarts and cakes are amazing too. My only suggestion is they can do better with the hot stuff. The cooked eggs and french toast was average. I wish they had real silverware coz eating croissants and eggs with plastic was so hard. I might have even enjoyed it better is there was proper silverware to eat with Overall incredible place! After my first visit I went back 3X in one week! I could eat their croissants everyday but my hips won't like me so I have to pull back! Great price point! Beautiful inside and amazing lady at the counter! Krysalynn is so sweet and kind! Always welcoming and giving great recommendations! She even takes time to remember little things like I like jam with croissants! She didn't need to be reminded! Super sweet! Thank you for this place! Don't change! Don't change the croissants especially! Im addicted

I bought a few cake slices and pastries. I wasn't impressed. It was ok. Their version of red velvet is too sweet and the "chocolate cake" has pockets of sweet syrup. They are all one note I can't taste the flavor all I tasted was sweet. It was a slow time when I went and I was the only customer in line. I asked the cashier about a cake was that has no labels was (picture below) ,she audibly sighed and looked annoyed that I dared ask. All the items in the display except for the cake. She told me "it's JUST a chocolate cake" and that was it. The cake looked pretty so I bought it as I was curious what it was. Just for the service I would not go back especially since the cakes and pastries are just ok. If you can't tell me what you are selling and is annoyed of my presence I am most likely not your demographic.

We were excited to try this bakery as it seemed like there were a lot of really delicious looking French pastries, which are honestly hard to come by in the Austin area. We came on a Saturday morning and it wasn't too busy. The pastries are priced fairly high, so I had high expectations. We got the egg and cheese croissant, a chocolate croissant and a passionata dessert. The croissants were crisp, laminated overall well, and I always appreciate when the chocolate in a pain au chocolat is not just an unmelted strip in the middle. This one had decadent, nice and melty dark chocolate that was lovely with the crisp croissant. The egg and cheese became fairly soggy, which is expected with the moisture you're adding, but just as a heads up. The passionata is quite sour, which my husband enjoyed, but I felt it could use another crunchy or crispy texture, as the base becomes quite soft depending on how long the pastry has been out. The actual place has a few tables available if you want to stay in and enjoy your pastries, off a busy street so no cute views or anything but I would come again and stay for a bit for sure. Not too busy on a Saturday around 10. Recommend trying at least once, but it's definitely still not my #1 of the few French patisseries in Austin, maybe makes the top 5!

Such a cute little spot with lots of great eats! Not only are their food and pastries delicious, but Heaven's Bistro Bakery really pulled through for us in getting some last minute desserts when another bakery had just completely skipped our pre order and ended selling out.

Cute tiny place, with indoor and backyard seating. I liked the coffee, croissants particularly were too good - flaky, buttery, and yummy!! Coffee was alright, I have had better. The staff is really sweet and friendly, service is timely. Overall a good vibe. They have way too many bakery options, sweet & savory. This was my first time, I'll definitely come back for more.

Catch me here every weekend trying something new! Came here during the Xmas season and the bakery was so festive with decor. Walked in and was smiling from ear to ear bc of their display case!! So much to choose from! Filled croissants, cookies, cakes, breads, I honestly don't know what everything is called. I got a toasted marshmallow latte 10/10Also had the berry croissant 8/10 slightly overfilled with filling but hey I'd rather have over filled than under filled. The egg and cheese croissant..... I wish had bacon or ham in it bc it was lacking something a little salty. Slightly still cold in the center as well. Limited seating inside but they do have an outdoor seating area. Parking is also limited. Can't wait to come back to try other things!

Came across a pic posted for Heaven's Bistro Bakery on IG showing a variety of French-inspired pastries that looked so pretty that I just had to taste for myself, in hopes that they would be pretty AND delicious.Well folks, here is my feedback from our visit, as 1st time customers (adult daughter and I) on Friday, 11/01/2024 - around 10:30am and why I'm giving our visit a 3-star review -1. Atmosphere / Vibe -While not very big inside they do have inside seating - both small tables & a few table tops w/ stools that were oddly designed because they had "bike pedals" for your feet that made it difficult to get comfortable on. We did eat our food there and not much of a vibe. Very quiet inside, which made it very easy to hear any conversation happening around you. 2. Food & Drink-We did order a few items - Chicken Pesto Omelette (very flavorful & definitely recommend); egg & cheese croissant (egg was lacking flavor); chocolate croissant (tasty); fruit danish (my favorite..very delicious!); honey almond cookies (tasty and not too sweet). My daughter was given the wrong food order & despite it not being very busy & several employees working, it did take a while to get the correct food order. 3. Staff / Customer Service - Friendly-ish, aloof, & very French-inspired 4. Parking Situation -Have their own parking lot right in front of the building. Final Thoughts - Eh, okay if I'm the area. Hope this info helps. Rebecca
