Great little spot, the food actually has a great flavor and flavor you can taste. The staff is super friendly and tending. Pork dumplings here are amazing! Portions are super comforting as well. Must check out this place!

The worst food I've had delivered in a long time. So bad that it was mostly thrown out. Worst pupu platter ever. I wouldn't feed most of it to an animal. The shrimp egg foo young was terrible. This was so bad I'm angry they got my money.

After realizing my go-to Pho place was on a seasonal vacation, I had a perfect opportunity to try Happy Dragon after years of thinking "I need to try them." Evidently I was brought here!What a great experience. It's a nice little place and my server was very friendly, gave me time to choose my hot & sour soup and Kung Pao shrimp. What a treat!As a spicy food lover, I asked my server for extra spicy, the chef delivered. So yummy. Very generous portion with lots of mushrooms, carrots, peanuts and shrimp. Even with a "lunch" menu, my meal was delicious and generous. I enjoyed the atmosphere, nicely casual and self-seating is nice. Would enjoy a couple TVs. Definitely a repeater for me! Worth the extra effort to get there.

They're always so fast and efficient. My food comes out as expected -- I make changes to have the sauce on the side or the chicken not fried -- and they're always on it. Even when I've done DoorDash orders with notes, they've gotten it right!

Service was great. Loved my meal. Celebrated my son's birthday there. Was even offered a drink to go. How nice.

Been on the search for good Chinese food in the area. Trying to find CHOW MEIN and not Lo Mein, which is readily available in this area.Ordered dragon fried rice, chicken Lo Mein, pan fried dumplings, and some steamed rice. Very clean restaurant and my order was ready to go very very fast. First off the dragon fried rice, which is sometimes called house fried rice other places, was an absolutely massive order! And it was fantastic! The best fried rice order I've had in the last year in my search for really good Chinese Food..the Lo Mein was really good and also a big order.. the dumplings had good flavor but the wrapper was a bit too thick. I'm betting they are better steamed which is an option. The one dish that wasn't enjoyed was oddly enough, the steamed rice. Not sure why? Just the texture was a little off from what we are used to.I will definitely drive there from Gtown again to try the other dishes they offer.

We did take out our order was perfect and the waitress was so nice. My favorite was definitely the hot and sour soup. Can't say enough nice things about this local business.

We have ordered delivery about 7 or 8 times now and Happy Dragon has become our new favorite spot for Chinese takeout in Round Rock.The menu looks just like every other Chinese restaurant until you get to the "Chef's Specialties" section. There are some real hidden gems here if you are looking for more than just general tso chicken and egg rolls. The Dry Pot Beef (or cabbage, shrimp, lamb) is incredible and extremely flavorful. And the Spicy Mala Fish Fillet is as good as any I've ever had. We used to be regulars at Sichuan Garden for many years, but their prices have increased beyond reason and we've found we can get our favorite Sichuan dishes at Happy Dragon. Delivery is always fast and cheap (often free) and we've never had a wrong order or missing item. Glad we stumbled upon this restaurant. We love it!

Ordered take out food. Picked up from store. Front employee immediately asked me to hold for a minute while she finished whatever she was doing. My food was already waiting. Food was just ok. I will not order from there again though.

This place deserves a much better rating. We frequent (ordering pick up) this place because of the proximity over our absolute favorite, which is Din Ho. However, some of their dishes are better than Din Ho's, like the Mongolian beef, which I lost in my argument and Pepsi challenge with my husband. I think next is walnut shrimp on the Pepsi challenge. All of this to say that the low rating is not about the food, but the infamous customer neglect (I didn't want to say service). So the 5 stars is for the food only (can't unclick service).
