Waitress avoided our table and food came out like it had sat under a heat lamp for 40 minutes. The manager walked by and said "I ain't explaining anything" as she passed our table. We weren't rude and left a tip. Still scratching my head over this one

It was the absolute perfect place for our special day! The venue was gorgeous, the staff was very helpful & it was just the best place for our exciting & memorable day! We can't suggest a better place to get married!

Hacienda Del Lago is the perfect combination of a beautiful venue, amazing scenery, and a dedicated crew. The venue owner/manager Tom is a complete delight to work with. He is attentive, hard working, and always willing to do whatever it takes to accommodate the bride & groom's wants. We had the pleasure of working with him on a wedding recently and he made the process so simple. He was available for a venue tour where he took the time to discuss what he expects, the kind of help he can offer, and all other wedding details with our planner. On the day of, he was onsite the entire event, and his crew was there to help with anything and everything, even without being asked. We definitely look forward to working with him again and will recommend his venue to anyone who asks for a referral.

Giving a thumbs up to these folks! After being on cloud nine after the Supreme Courts ruling that legalizes same sex marriage in all 50 states, my friends' excitement was slightly deflated when they realized certain wedding vendors still refused service.I've assumed the task of locating vendors for them, so they don't feel the prejudice. Same sex weddings are a non-issue at Hacienda Del Lago. Mentioned it, no biggie, got down to business. Oh, and they were able to name other vendors that are just as willing to service gay, same sex weddings.Hoping to save other's from the hassle.. Check them out!

I cannot say enough GREAT things about this place and the owner! I got married last weekend and had the most amazing time. The owner went Above and beyond to make sure of it too. He even let us use some of his things to enhance our wedding. The venue was breathtaking. If you are looking for an event venue, this Place is a 10/10! The owner Tom is also just so incredible! I wish I could do it all over again!

Tom Stevenson is an absolute ANGEL. I'm a photographer, and I had a bride who needed a boudoir shoot. Her schedule was very up in the air, and I ended up not knowing until day-of if the shoot was still on (with only 3 days notice of a shoot at all). I called Tom this morning and he was more than willing to allow us to come shoot at the STUNNING house on his property. He was entirely hospitable, accommodating, and kind. We got to see the venue both in the day and night and it was just stunning. I HIGHLY recommend this spot to anyone looking for a wedding venue, a vacation rental, or a photo shoot location. With a recently renovated house (decorated to perfection), a stunning view overlooking Lake Travis, and a host who must be a direct gift from God, Hacienda Del Lago is a no-brainer. Thank you again SO MUCH!!!!

Our son and his bride were married at Hacienda del Lago last weekend. It is an absolutely stunning wedding venue with lovely grounds overlooking Lake Travis in the distance. It's hard to imagine a more beautiful setting, especially as the sun is going down with the lights twinkling in the trees. Tom and his staff do a great job of putting on an event; they were helpful and attentive throughout the evening. Tom was a pleasure to work with on the front end planning as well. If you are looking for a beautiful venue with great customer service, this is the place.

'Midsummer's Night Dream'This magical venue is not only unique but ethereal. It has charm, warmth and unpretentious elegance. What an amazing place to hold an event! The views from the wedding ceremony area are breathtaking and the trees framing it makes it feel like a dream.

I had my wedding here and it was fantastic. The venue is stunning and the owners and the workers are a blessing. My entire day went flawlessly! Tom was easy to work with and Cheryl (hired day of coordinator from venue) is professional and efficient. I promise, you won't regret getting married here. My only advice is to get everything in writing. Just so there is zero confussion.
