This is one of my favorite places. The food is simple ingredients and it tastes so good while being good for you. My go to dishes are the cabbage soup and chicken salad wrap. 3rd party delivery options as well as in restaurant dining options available. I do both since this restaurant is on a regular rotation for me. Support local and give this place a try!

There is a healthy option! Love this place for fresh and nutritious meal. The Trio is our go to. This plate has fruit, protein and salad all on one plate. Choice of dressing and you can tailor the protein as well. The sweet potato noodles are a treat! Cabbage soup is a bit spicy but also delicious

Food was excellent and fresh. Just the right portion if you're not too active. I'll definitely be getting a snack later. I purchased the trio, with salmon and Avocado. They had a candy bowl at the register which was nice. Nice setting, they have relaxing piano music playing, and a Christmas up. Friendly service as well.

Shout it from the rooftops---this is the same place you used to know and love as Nancy's Sky Garden. Don't worry - it's still got all of your favorites. this place is and has been a staple for us. We eat there at least once a week. my favorite things to get are the almond ginger chicken salad roll and the almond ginger chicken salad plate. also, their gluten-free sweet potatoes are amazing! It's just sweet potatoes! I don't know how they do it. This place knows how to make eating healthy fun and delicious. My daughter and husband also adore this place. My husband gets the Keto starter-- wonderful for special diets. And we also love the purple rice. Many of my friends rave about the poke bowls. Everyone seems to find something they love here.
