Great Wall Express

I usually come to dine in and like always, it hits the spot! From the service to the hot fresh food. Staff is very friendly. It's usually not busy inside which is nice but sometimes it will pick up. They always have people walking in and out for take out! I decided to try take out the other day because I was in a rush and it did not disappoint. super fresh and hot still. Cannot beat it for the price!!!

We have ordered from Great Wall Express for a long time and our son and his family suggested it for dinner. We called in a good sized order that included won tons, crab Rangoon, hot & sour soup, sesame chicken, General Tao's chicken, and Szechuan beef extra spicy. All the portions were very generous, plenty to share, and absolutely delicious! My favorite was the Szechuan beef. When we picked up the order, which was ready quickly as promised, the server was very friendly and helpful with the extra items we asked for. The restaurant inside hasn't changed much over the years but may have been updated since our last visit. The location is very convenient for us and I think the quality is the best it has ever been. Prices are up a bit but still very reasonable. Definitely a repeater for us!

We ordered over $70 worth of food. We were given a gift of 4 crab rangoons which was nice, BUT I ordered from Great Wall Express for the wonton soup and it WAS burnt!! I suspected something was wrong because when I walked into the restaurant it was filled with smoke, like something was burning or got burnt. Wonton Soup is a chicken broth with a pork dumpling soup, not a beef broth with a beef dumpling soup?? I ordered the food to pickup at 7:15pm. It wasn't ready until 7:25pm!?! I tipped 20% for soup we had to trash 2 bowls!! The General Tso's chicken was more like sweet and sour chicken that wasn't even spicy?? Never ordering from here again.The egg rolls that we ordered were spring rolls!!!

Not sure if it was a bad night but we called in a to go order that after an hour was not even ready. Walked in and restaurant was filled with smoke, like something burned. Our order finally got packed up but did not see it packed up. The fried rice meal was the only thing right. Egg rolls were more like spring rolls and tiny. General Taos chicken was definitely packed up as sweet and sour. Lastly got 2 large won ton soups. Could not eat. First, the smoke smell was infused in the beef broth. Won ton js meant to be made with chicken broth and pork in the middle of the wontons NOT meatballs! Attempted to call Great Wall but would not answer the phone. Only reason 1 star was because the fried rice was edible. Will not be going back.

I ordered food to go. It was very fresh and tasty. Great service nice and hot not overseas. this is the perfect place for quick Chinese takeout

Lunch was really good today. I liked the egg roll. It was light and crispy. The fried rice was very tasty. When the waiter brought out my meal it was just chicken fried rice. Without me saying anything he took it back and had it corrected. There were three large shrimp in my order. I would have liked more, however three is a fair amount with the beef and chicken. I, also, ordered the fried shrimp cream cheese. They were interesting and really good, although they could have used more chives. I think I have found my favorite fried rice spot. I will return. Also, I found it odd that the lunch special didn't come with soup.

This is a family owned business and the owners were so kind and friendly. We ordered chicken lettuce wraps and orange chicken both were good and fairly priced.

Service was great, had the egg foo young and it was great, atmosphere is a little lacking but clean. Prices are a little high but everywhere seems to be on the rise. I have been back twice. They do a bunch of takeout.

Decent Chinese food, we got their chicken with sweet and sour sauce, and beef lo mein. Still had plenty of leftovers several days out and decided to warm it up. The chicken was still really good, very soft and tender. The lo mein was pretty solid, no complaints at all there. If you're looking for a quick bite in the area, this place delivers and was fairly affordable too! I noticed they have pho on their menu, might be interesting to have a go at this sometime.

This was the 1st time we ever ordered from here. Ordered online to pickup for a late lunch. We ordered egg rolls, crab Rangoons as appetizers. Both were good. The egg drop soups is good and I tried the wake soup. It was good and definitely was something I never heard of before. I added sriracha to make it taste spicier. It was definitely tasty, not sure I am a fan. I ordered the Thai curry beef with lo mein. It has a very strong curry flavor, and was very good. It went better with the side of fried rice we ordered. My wife had chicken lo mein. I did not see how to order chicken online for the lunch special. The options are for extra protein but no where does it ask which one you want. A bug in the ordering system? I definitely will be trying them again as they are close by and the food is very good.
