Gatti's Pizza

The sampler pizza is my favorite!It was coming out of the oven right as I arrived! Hot and delicious as always! Consistently good!

Quality is terrible ! Pizza is dry , taste like cardboard with sauce , will also tear up the top part of your mouth ( scratch ). Will give you major heartburn . Also , even if you get extra sauce and cheese .. it's still dry ! Dry like a cactus in a desert! Also bland as ever !

Jessica at the Mr. Gattis on Far West is amazing. She remembers my order, which is always cooked to perfection and makes special efforts to make sure wev get what we want in a tely and professional manner having gone above and beyond on more than one occasion! Love me some Gattis!!! The best pizza in town!

Great this was a fun night of pizza and college ball. The owner was on point making pizza just like I liked it. 5 out 5

I bought 2 pizzas and 2 salads for my coworkers. The order location was no more than a few blocks away from where it had to be delivered. Both Pizzas were Cold, cardboard like, hard & inedible! I called the far west office to tell him about the problems with order and requested my money back. This guy was Rude and hung up on me after he told me I must be lying! I expect my money back $25.95 This is so Not right, I have been a loyal Gattis customer for many years and after this horribly rude manager on Far West I will not be back! Worse mr Gattis in Austin. I order 4 pizzas all well done and they gave me burnt pizzas. I called and spoke with the manager and he was such a jerk! He said I don't know anything about pizza, burnt pizza is well done pizza. Me gattis has been my favorite pizza for many years and I've Always order well done, these are not well done. Will never go to this location again. Customer Service sucks

This does not include the counter people, however, I have never been so disappointed in pizza as I was tonight! First, I would have preferred to buy a small or medium to try it out, but was told they only had large, at $17! Which I normally never would have spent except at a steak house sit down. This is the worst pizza I have ever had. This was supposed to have lots of veggies but still called Sisillian. It is the first pizza I have ever eaten that has gobs of sauce on top! So much that I could not taste anything else although I'm sure I saw olives and green bell pepper. To think I paid $20 for this!I will try scraping off all the tomato sauce and see if it is even eatable. I won't make the same mistake of getting anything else from them in the future! Don't waste your money.

Been eating Gattis pizza for over 40 years (first at the old Balcones location) and still love it. The new Far West location has been a great addition to the neighborhood. Pizza is great, place is brand new and very clean, service is super fast (usually ready within 10 to 15 minutes), and the staff are really nice. Was bummed when the old far West location closed, so really happy that we have this new one now.

A true gem. Of all the trashy, fast food pizzas, Gatti's is the best in Austin. Blows Domino's out of the water.
