We stopped for our first time today, but it won't be our last. The Silky Pork Broth Ramen is off the charts flavorful! We could have easily split the ramen. Plus with appetizers it was way more than we could eat. Hubby ordered the BBQ Chicken and the Shaggy Dog Sushi roll. He loved the sushi roll. The chicken had a great flavor, just a touch chewy. He would get both again. I ordered the Tempura Veggies and they were great. They renovated the restaurant very nicely. You order from your table. Service was good. Items were brought to the table out of order but it didn't matter. They all were piping hot , just how I like it.

I just happened upon this place while driving around and had no idea it even existed, but I'm so glad I found it. I will definitely be back.I came on a Wednesday during lunch and was shocked to be the only person there. The service was friendly and fast, and our server took the time to explain the menu and the lunch specials, which was a nice touch. The decor is really cute and modern, with plenty of different seating arrangements for groups ranging from four to ten people. Now, let's talk about the food. I got the curry fried chicken ramen, and it was absolutely amazing. The flavors were bold and perfectly balanced, and the chicken was crispy yet juicy. I usually don't finish an entire bowl of ramen, but this one was so good that I devoured every bite. This place is definitely a hidden gem, and I'll be back soon to try more of the menu!

My sister and I frequented a sushi restaurant that just recently changed ownership. Our hearts were broken! The soup was cold and the sushi was subpar (after new ownership). We decided to give Fujiya a chance. Oh man! We are so glad that we did! Our waitress, Angelique, was AMAZING! She told us that she was new but, no matter our question, she responded with "I don't know but, I will find out"! She did! She made us feel SUPER welcomed!!! A great server makes the establishment worth going to! Angelique did her work and kept us interested. The food: OMG!!!!!!!! The fish was fresh and plentiful! Seriously, don't pass this place up! I will include pictures! However, I can't tell you how much we loved EVERYTHING! The mushroom soup is a wonderful twist on "clear soup"! I ordered some to go! It was clean, inviting and, Angelique just made it better! Ask for her!

Service - 5/5Food - 3/5Price - 2/5 We had 2 beers, spicy miso ramen, 50/50 bbq plate, spicy tuna roll and 3 pieces of salmon sashimi $74Sashimi was fresh and so was the roll both were tasty and presented well. The spicy miso ramen is very flavorful but is a little spicy. The egg was cooked well but it's pre cooked and was cold. Be prepared for leftovers as the Ramen is hearty in size. The bbq is a NOooooo like my wife didn't finish it and didn't even want it to go. So I'd say skip it. If you're not a ramen or sushi person get the fried rice. I mean can you mess up fried rice I'd come back but wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to get here. Service and convenience were both great.

A newly opened ramen and sushi restaurant near the Round Rock outlets! So happy to have this restaurant nearby :)The food is delicious and tastes fresh. The ramen here is competitive against the options in north Austin. The broth is rich but not overly salty and the chasu is well made. The ajitama is perfectly seasoned and gooey. Our waitress was incredibly helpful and sweet! The restaurant is clean and the prices are very fair. Just note that the kitchen is on the slower side while they're getting into their groove. Definitely a spot worth checking out!

Tommy was our server and he was absolutely amazing!! He helped us with the menu, when I asked what he recommended he was spot on!! The one thing we did not like was the cucumber salad. He took it away and brought back the other salad and it was BOMB.com!! The Japanese Fried rice was very shuttle, clean! The Thai Curry Ramen was bursting with flavor!!

Fujiya Ramen Sushi Bar shows great potential, but as of now, we're only giving it 3 stars due to some service issues that need ironing out. With a bit more polish, Fujiya could easily earn a solid 4 stars, and it currently deserves around 3.5 stars. Hopefully, they'll address these details as they transition from their extended soft opening into regular operations.Fujiya's menu offers a solid selection of Japanese staples, with a focus on sushi, ramen, and Japanese comfort plates. We tried the tonkatsu ramen, tri-colored sashimi, and the half-and-half plate featuring tonkatsu, BBQ chicken, rice, and macaroni salad.Food Review:The tri-colored sashimi was well-executed, featuring thick-cut pieces that were fresh and clean-tasting. Priced at around $22 for nine pieces, it's on the higher end, but the quality and cut make it worthwhile. While I enjoyed the texture, my wife found the thick slices less appealing, though none of the fish was tough or overly chewy. The tonkatsu ramen was a highlight and demonstrated Fujiya's potential. The chashu was outstanding, rich with flavor and perfectly tender. The broth was also a standout, with a smoky depth that likely came from charring the bones, adding complexity. Though it doesn't quite match the boldness of Ramen Tatsuya's, Fujiya's ramen is certainly among the better options available in the area. The noodles, though probably packaged, were good quality with a pleasant chewiness that we both enjoyed. The ramen egg was well-cooked but could have benefited from a longer marinade to develop more flavor. On the half-and-half plate, the tonkatsu was the star, perfectly crispy and juicy despite being slightly overcooked. The BBQ chicken, made with dark meat, was also flavorful and likely grilled over an open flame, providing a smoky taste that complemented the meal. The rice had a good texture and seasoning, though a bit more would have elevated it. The macaroni salad had a decent flavor balance, though the noodles were slightly overcooked and had more mayonnaise than I'd prefer, making it a bit too creamy.Atmosphere:Fujiya Ramen Sushi Bar has a modern yet cozy vibe with decor that adds an authentic touch to the space. The ambiance is inviting, and the staff is friendly and eager to improve, though a more organized approach to service would enhance the experience.Portions and Value:Portions were good, though the half-and-half plate could use a little more meat to feel complete. With continued improvements, Fujiya could quickly become a go-to spot in Round Rock for quality Japanese dishes. For now, we're giving it 3 stars with hopes that as they work out the service details, Fujiya will reach its full potential.

The people here are very nice. The ambience and setting is lovely; I adore the open kitchen concept and the bars with the wooden lights inside. However when you step in, there is a little smell that I assume is the plumbing so I can't fault them for that but something to be aware of. The owner (?) must have been called in last minute or something because she was just chillin in normal clothes that I was surprised that she worked there when she walked up to us. Love love restaurants that are family owned so I'm not trying to trash talk this establishment but I do feel like I need to be honest. I got the spicy miso and the spicy beef ramen. It took a bit to come out and I think what happened is that my order was given to another table... which is fine but I wish they just let me know instead of whisper and pointing.... The food itself is not bad! It's pretty salty and the spicy miso was quite spicy. The beef ramen has meat that is very similar to shaken beef and had a semi Sichuan flavor. I get that this place is new and I hope that they survive because we definitely need more asian places. I've heard good things about the sushi so maybe it's just the ramen that I found lackluster.

Been here twice and it's such a great restaurant. Their ramen bowls are great, and the restaurant is always clean. My boyfriend and I usually order the yummy roll and a spider roll. Recently we got the shaggy dog roll and we were given a free eel roll. All of it was delicious. The only problem i would say we had, was the steak in our bbq plate being too fatty. More than 1/2 of the steak was chewy and nothing but fat; we didn't get to really enjoy all the steak. However, it was flavorful.
