The best food truck around!! The employees here are so sweet and helpful. It's a low key food truck off of Duval and everything is made with love. This place is worth going out of your way to try!

Me, hubby, brother and his wife went to a cocktail bar and after that my brother wanted to eat some fried chicken, it was late, so places that we usually go were all closed, with a quick Yelp search, four FTG ATX, they had good reviews so decided to try them out, it's a food truck located in a patio of a bar, so you enter through the bar, which was convenient for hubby and brother to grab a beer with the food, we dint expect much, but it was gooood, chicken is more like nuggets, fresh, crispy and piping hot(was perfect for the weather), and it had potatoes which was fried and it was so good, crispy but not greasy, and had some zucchini too. Definitely try them out!!

The baklava cheesecake was my favorite dessert I've ever had... crumbly, soft, delicious. This place gets better every time.

Ordered from here using grub hub through Yelp and it was reallyGood and everything was Keto friendly. The food came fast and on time as quoted and was hot and fresh and well-packaged. I'm not sure how they're able to make the tres leches both delicious and keto friendly, but I heard they use monk fruit sugar (highly recommend for use in the kitchen when you want to sweeten without added carbs). I still can't figure out how the cake part is so good or how they manage to get a decent consistency on the icing, but their dedication to quality shows in the food they put out. The fried chicken was moist inside and crispy outside with a blend of herbs that gave the chicken a wonderful flavor. The cherry tomatoes and ricotta aren't something I'd typically pair with my fried chicken but they definitely knew what they were doing because I found myself wanting to get a little bit of each in every bite. Would love to dine on location next time so I can't speak to the ambiance of the place but I definitely enjoyed what I ate and will order from them again in the future. FTK all day!

First time coming to this food truck, and I can say that I will be coming back! The fried chicken was delicious and the veggies complimented it perfectly. The ricotta cheese and sauce pulled the dish together.The pork shoulder was also delicious! Service was quick as I was the only one waiting!

I really wanted to love this! I was really impressed with the presentation and the style and dish reminded me of gourmet/fine dining meals I love to go to - especially surprising knowing it came from a food truck! That said, my order was incredibly over salted, to the point I was unable to finish it. Had it not been for that, I think I would have really enjoyed it. Hopefully it was a one-off and if I ever try it again and have a different experience, I will update this review.

I got the vegan zab and the lions Maine steak. Both were to die for! Great location and awesome staff. They have a projector and are normally playing something cool. I really appreciate the friendly nature of the staff. They literally added another vegan option because my roommate and I loved the food so much. It's a great location and the food is always fresh. I can't wait to come back to this hidden vegan gem! Ps. You can't miss the fire pit when it gets a bit cooler out.

We got food from here on Ubereats while staying at a hotel nearby. I had no idea the food was out of a food truck until I looked the place up to write a review because it impressed me so much. And now finding out it was a food truck just impresses me even more! The gnocchi was absolutely addictive, the brisket taco was better than Tysons (we ordered from two different places and while FTG's was melt in your mouth deliciousness Tysons unfortunately was almost inedible). The lions mane taco was fantastic, I didn't even know it wasn't chicken until I pulled up the menu on ubereats. Which actually brings up a great point, check Ubereats for their menu items! They have things on there not listed on their website. Anyway, super super deliciousness. Insane that they're out of a food truck, food was very high quality. Definitely something I expected from a sit down white tablecloth type of restaurant.

These guys are out here doin' the damn thing food truck wise. Everything was delicious and on point. Can't wait to go back to try everything else. Had the fried chicken though that was delicious, which literally how EVERYTHING else that's on the menu also looks. Make it out to try this food truck. These guys won't leave you disappointed in any way.
