Fresco

Food was very fresh and tasty. The staff were very friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be working there. I wish there was a location in Austin.

The food here last night was as good and fresh as ever.I opted for the El Cubano bowl, with free add-ons of squeeze lime juice and green hot sauce. The bowl turned out to be just what I needed: a healthy dinner.A couple of notes before I conclude this update:1) There is an app available, but don't use it if you're dining in. You'll pay more for the privilege of ordering ahead--and maybe have to wait longer.2) Avoid sitting outside. Although the weather was nice last night, the flies on the patio are legendary and demand constant swatting.But go here for the food, sit inside or take it to go and you won't regret the experience.

If I lived in the area, I'd be here at least once a week! Such a great range of fresh, flavorful ingredients, and very reasonably priced. I had the Bobcat Bowl and every ingredient (chicken, rice, sweet potato, corn...) was delicious individually, and it had great flavor overall.

This was my first time having fresco and it surely lived up to the hype! I made a custom bowl with the following ingredients: shredded kale, cilantro lime brown rice, cuban style black beans, citrus chipotle glazed tofu, roasted sweet potatoes, cherry tomato pico, charred corn, pickled onion, marinated garbanzos, cucumber, 1/2 order of sweet and spicy brussels sprouts topped with a fresh lime squeeze and a side of citrus cilantro vinaigrette! As tasty as it was, I'd probably get double vinaigrette next time to balance the dryness of some ingredients (garbanzo beans, etc) Unfortunately I can't speak on the ambiance of the restaurant as I got it delivered through DoorDash, but as for the service-- it didn't take as long as I'd expected! Will definitely order from here again. Healthy and fulfilling.

Fresh, tasty food with stellar service. I've been going to fresco many time since they opened and the food and service have been well above par. The workers are amicable and speedy at their job. After the tenth time of me going there, I asked a server if they've ever gotten negative feedback because I cannot imagine why anyone would have a bad experience at Fresco. She was transparent by saying no, other than a specific subclass of older folk (no offense) who can not taste things as well as they used to. But she has an easy solution, which is for extra salt, paper, spices, and/or sauces they have available. I highly recommend this place to anyone, especially vegetarians and vegans, as they have a plethora of options.

We were looking for a healthy option in San Marcos. It seems like most options are pretty heavy and unhealthy. We passed by Fresco and were curious by the title so we looked it up on yelp. All the reviews were great so we were excited to try it.Absolutely love the flavor explosions of so much stuff going on, so many flavors. We were only in the area for a limited time but as soon as we found this place we came three days in a row. The tofu and the brussels sprouts are probably some of my favorite choices. They have some great options that are already designed but our favorite was the build your own. The fresh Fresca juices were amazing. They were definitely a highlight to the meal. Absolutely delicious and a must try. The bowls are big so you could actually eat them over to Mills but they're so delicious you're gonna wanna eat them as one.

Love love love fresco, so filling and guilt free after eating. My fav is the chicken and sweet potatoes. If you try get the yogurt avocado sauce it's amazing
