Fratelli Pizza - Liberty Hill

The pizza would be a good pizza except for the fact that it literally smells and tastes like Fabuloso. I don't know if the pizza boxes are getting contributed or the cooking surfaces; but something definitely is.

We opted to dine in. Very small hole in the wall pizza joint in downtown Liberty Hill. Had about 4 tables inside and very clean. They don't have fountain sodas only bottled or can. The girl up front i was super sweet and welcoming. As we were dining there were quite a few people picking up to go orders so I was excited to try it. We ordered garlic cheese bread for an appetizer with marinara and ranch. Then for pizza it was an XL hot honey pizza. Garlic cheese bread is give it a 3/5 wished the bread was crispier.... Next time I'll ask for it well done. The pizza is was a 4/5. Loved the super thin crust where you fold and eat, love love fresh basil on a pizza, cheese melted perfectly and was "cheesing". BUT I felt like the pizza sauce could have used some salt. Maybe off day because everyone I know that has eaten there said it was really good. Overall service was great!

So..... what an adventure. I came genuinely close to driving out of Liberty Hill and boycotting eating establishments. I was already hangry when I arrived at The Daily Blend - with their website and Yelp saying they closed at 6 pm. but they closed at 3 pm - strike 1. Next door was Bella Sera - arrived to a sign saying closed until Monday - strike 2. Found Fratellis (listed at address 1201 Loop 332). Googlemaps took us to a vacant lot near Tractor Supply. Strike 3 (or so I thought). I had decided that I would go home, calm down and start from scratch looking in some other town for dinner. On our way home, we passed Fratellis at what ended up being the location "1201 TX-332 LOOP" in Liberty Hill (two different locations on the same street). I haven't yet figured out why.Now, for Fratellis. We ordered a greek salad and medium margherita pizza. They saved Liberty Hill. Great pizza, with great mellow sweet tomato sauce, and slices of italian sausage the way I like. Sorry, I was too upset and hungry to take pictures.Nice small town pizza place atmosphere. It saved the day. And BTW, I submitted an edit to the address issue (which still has me befuddled).

Amazing pizza spot with an impressive variety of toppings and specialty pizza choices! Every bite delicious and cheesy. The flavors are incredibly satisfying, making it hard to pick a favorite. Definitely a go-to place for delicious, top-quality pizza from Liberty Hill! Ordered through a delivery app and it was prepared and arrived quickly!

I got a medium build your own pizza on grub hub on my break from work. It was ready in about 30 minutes, which was about 5 min beyond grubhub's quote, so pretty accurate. All ingredients were fresh and the sausage was sliced Italian sausage instead of crumbles, which I actually enjoyed. The shining star for me was the crust, which, as I described in my photos, was a perfect mixture of a crispy outer shell and a soft, chewy inside. I only went in to pick up my pizza, but the place seems to have a fairly intimate setting for a pizza place. There were 3-4 tables inside with a counter at the front and an open kitchen. Cheese and peppers were offered with a smile at no additional charge. They were both served in individually wrapped packages rather than the traditional shakers, which can be difficult to keep fresh and clean for some places. I would definitely order pizza from them again and so far, this place is my go-to for pizza in Liberty Hill.

Very simular to Vincenzo's in the Santa Clarita Valley (without the peanuts). I had the Supreme and I can't wait to bring a friend back and have it again.I'm not a crust person. It is usually poor, and just fills you up. I eat the crust at Vincenzo's and now Fratelli's.

Went here on a whim and I loved the food. Got the garlic bread and calzone and my husband got the deep dish pizza. Loved the sauce and taste of everything. Waitress was kind and helpful to my questions.Wish there was one in pflugerville

Excellent pizza and friendly service. I dine-in every other weekend. I enjoy the meat lovers pizza!

The food was alright, I've had much better pizza in my life.I was born and raised in the North (outside of Philly) very close to NYC. So I've been blessed with having the best pizza on earth.The food I ordered:Pizza (16" with Salami) - 6.5/10 (mediocre)Pepperoni Sticks - 3/10 (barely any pepperoni inside, and barely any cheese) might as well just call it a bread stick.Overall it was okay, I've tried almost 20+ pizza places in Texas and this one was on the lower end.Sauce on the pizza was almost tasteless, and dough didn't taste fresh or have much flavor to it.

The best Pizza and lobster ravioli I've ever had. And they are opening a new restaurant on the Square in Burnet. Very exciting for Burnet! The building looks lovely. Can't wait for them to open.
