Food was incredible ! The portions are huge. The price is right. My husband and I split the beef orange peel and it was so good. Our server was so attentive and checked on us multiple times. It was very calm inside. Will definitely be back.

Update: It's been several years since I've been back to this restaurant, a place filled with fond memories. While in the area, we decided to order food to go and were reminded why we loved it so much.We got the chicken wings appetizer, salt and pepper prawn, and the pork rice plate. Everything was delicious. The wings were perfectly crispy, and the salt and pepper prawn was my favorite--absolutely amazing! Thank you for taking me on a delightful trip down memory lane. It was wonderful to revisit the flavors and memories of this beloved spot.

I went here for a late lunch. It is a very nice restaurant in the shopping center across from H-E-B. I walked in and the restaurant was very clean and comfortable. We were the only people in the restaurant. We were seated promptly.This restaurant serves both Vietnamese and Chinese food. They have a generous menu. I was able to alter my dish to make it sugar-free. I was very impressed, because even though none of the sauces on the menu were sugar free, The server communicated my food restriction to the chef, and the chef made me a wonderful sauce with soy sauce which he mixed with corn starch to make it thicker. He then poured it over shrimp and vegetables and gave me white rice on the side. It was absolutely amazing! I totally took note of how he made that sauce, and I'm going to make it at home! I felt this was over and above, because they could've easily said, no I'm sorry we don't have anything sugar-free, but they did not! My meal was so generous that I brought half of it home to eat later. The prices were quite reasonable. We bought three main dishes, and including Tax , my bill was less than $50.I will definitely be back!

After not having been for several years, we were delighted to find that it was still open and bustling with its familiar charm. The memories of perfectly crispy, non-greasy gg rolls flooded back, reminding us of the care and love that goes into every dish at this charming Mom & Pop gem. This place once had indeed mastered the art of serving delectable "Americanized" Chinese cuisine, making it an ideal post-Ikea adventure stop.The journey took a slight downturn with the chicken in the pho. Despite an exceptional broth that showcased rich flavors, the chicken's inedible dryness was a blemish on an otherwise outstanding creation. While the dish was still enjoyable after removing the chicken, it's essential to address this aspect for the overall experience to truly shine.As for my choice, the grilled pork vermicelli with the egg roll, there were some unexpected twists. The egg roll, unfortunately, had a very unappealing aftertaste and a level of greasiness that overwhelmed the senses. Meanwhile, the grilled pork experienced a slight mishap in execution, with a jerky-like consistency. Dining out involves investing not just money but also anticipation and excitement. Our hope is that this review helps the team behind the scenes to rekindle the spark that made this restaurant a nice stop. Our path may take us elsewhere for now, but the allure of what this place can offer remains.

For the moment we sat down our waitress was very attentive. My friend Cecelia got steamed potstickers and I ordered egg rolls as appetizers. They were hot and well seasoned. I ordered pho with well done steak and shrimp can't lie I was praying the broth was good. This broth was so flavorful and rich I instantly fell in love. The pho was hot but I could not stop eating it! My friend got shrimp friend rice and said it was good too. This place is a hidden treasure that I'm glad I found!

Be careful when you order takeout or delivery from this place. I ordered lunch today for pickup. My order was done within 15 mins. Upon arriving to my wife's work, we were disappointed that we were not provided any utensils for our food. No forks to eat entrées and no spoons for our soups. I got angry because I left them a tip. I called them immediately to let them know about their mistake. The desk person informed that they do not provide utensils for takeout or delivery unless you ask for them! WTF?#@! And it's been their policy for some time! Who does that?? So be aware next time you order food and ask for fricken utensils!
