Firo Fire Kissed Pizza

My wife and I have wanting to try Firos for a while You know the routine, heard about em, just haven't made my way to them yet. Well I can finally say we did it! And why did I wait so long?! The Subway of pizzas is what the girl that greeted us told us they are compared to, when it comes to their process. Pick your base, white or red sauce, and then choose as many toppings as you a want! I chose the traditional red sauce with pepperoni, Canadian bacon, jalapenos, red onion, jalapeños, roasted garlic, and did I mention jalapeños? Also finished it with a drizzled habanero honey. Delish! Thin crust (the way I like it and full of fresh ingredients! Wifey had the creamy-garlic white sauce with sausage, onion, jalapeños, and fresh basil leaves. She enjoyed it immensely! The crew even gave us samples of their in house made gelato while we were waiting for our pizzas to be completed. Super nice crew, and very fresh food! Will definitely be back!

This is a nice and unexpected lunch spot. From the outside, I thought this was a fancier, sit-down pizzeria with DeSano and Pieous type crust, but was surprised to see it's more like Blaze and Mod Pizza where you go through a line and the crust is thin and Mod Style. Not bad, just doesn't present like expected with the outside looking like an upscale Olive Garden and the inside being fast casual. My Chicken Alfredo pizza was still great and I'll be back.What's not so great: small, enclosed space and super loud music and then about 30 kids from a private, religious school showed up. I wonder if Firo knew they were coming. It was so loud, it was ridiculous. And I know they need to make money, but all the loud kids were a lot for a mostly Boomer Sun City clientele eating salads to bear. I saw a bunch of this Sun City-type clientele hurry up to leave. Maybe that should be a private event..

I've driven by Firo in Georgetown a number of times and finally visited! I ordered the Primo (no Gorgonzola, ever) and the Carne and liked the crust and the complimentary flavors. I was thinking it was a sit down restaurant with table service but you order at the counter. I'll be back.

My husband and I got the Primo and added red sauce, chicken, olives, mushrooms, and spinach. It was delicious! I thought the balsamic and fig drizzles were a really nice touch. One pizza is perfect to share between two people. I didn't feel overly stuffed. The staff were really friendly and the restaurant had a pretty cool look.

I came to this establishment for lunch yesterday. What I like about this place is that it is very very easy for me to get a wonderful pizza when I have extreme food allergies. It pains me to leave this poor review today, this review is based entirely on the customer service of the assistant manager.Upon entering the restaurant, the assistant manager recognized me and said "cauliflower crust, right?" which I replied "no, potato". You see, I had an unfortunate visit with this same woman last time, however, I did not lower the stars in my review because I love this restaurant. But now the assistant manager has given me a worse time than she did last time. Because of disease, I cannot eat any dairy or any processed sugar or any red meat and a limited assortment of fruits and vegetables. One of the reasons I love this place is because, I can eliminate all those things from my pizza. The assistant manager was aware of my food allergies. Because of my pizza having no cheese, no pepperoni, no canned fruit, etc., I wanted more than one serving of the items I Could Eat, which were 2 servings of sauce, 1 serving of chicken, 1 cherry tomatoes, 2 servings of bell pepper and 4 servings of olives. Each serving is approximately 2 tablespoons. The Assistant manager (who was making my pizza) told me I could not have more than two servings of olives. I told her that I'm not getting all those other things on my pizza and that I should be able to have more servings of olives. (on my last visit, I had to beg her to give me two servings of sauce, now this time she's trying to limit my olives)I told her "I could literally be getting all those other toppings but I'm not, so I would like more servings of olives. She said "it is my responsibility to keep the price down on this pizza and you cannot have more olives". I Said "I would like to speak to the manager", to which she replied sarcastically and smugly "I am the assistant manager how can I help you?" I said "you know how to help me."She glared at me and put another serving of olives on my pizza and put it in the oven. I Then went to my table and my husband ordered his pizza. When she served us our pizzas at the table, she walked up, my husband, and I both said thank you, to which she ignored us, put the pizzas on the table. Briskly quickly turned around and walked away in an abrupt manner.I have had many interactions with other employees at this restaurant and they are always so kind and I've had so many wonderful pizzas made , but the assistant manager was rude to me and ruined my dining experience.

I ordered their Primo pizza with prosciutto ham, mozzarella cheese, Gorgonzola, and drizzled with fig sauce. (I added mushrooms) it was amazing! The saltiness of the prosciutto ham mixed with the sweetness of the fig sauce was a perfect pairing. It will definitely be ordered again! There's a reason this is #1 on their menu and marked as "Favorite." The service was excellent!

If you are looking for a quick easy meal, this place is it! Their fig prosciutto pizza is AMAZING and one of my favorites, but I also love their other pies as well! 10/10 recommend.

We love the pizza I love the one with the ricotta cheese. Of the Tuesday night cheese pizza special is a deal. Great counter & Togo service. We love sitting inside watching them making the pizza.

Pizza was very good Had a Italiano tasted great the place was very clean all the employees were very friendly Highly recommend

Food was not very good. It was clean but not high quality. Teenaged children quality perhaps.
