The ambiance of this place is the best, especially at night with all of the lights on their patio! I wouldn't say the food is top-notch, but it does the trick if you're looking for somewhere to kick your feet up and enjoy a few drinks. The reason for my "lower than average" score is the service. We sat at a table outside for a good 15 minutes before anyone even came by to check on us. It wasn't terribly busy, so it seemed a little odd that we weren't seen sooner. However, once we were served, it improved. Definitely check them out - go watch a game, enjoy the outdoors, but just don't be in a hurry!

I'm done with Finley's. DONE! The service at this place has only gotten worse and worse this year, but last Saturday took the cake when I nearly lost my shit after our waiter decided to start dumping drinks out onto the ground in the courtyard directly behind my wife, splashing her with liquid and mud. Why the hell he's doing this on the ground in the courtyard instead of inside a sink somewhere, I do not know. All of that alcohol can't be good for those oak trees. It was just a careless and rude maneuver, and it sent me over the edge with this place. I didn't want to come back here, anyway, based on my prior experiences this past year (read my other review of Finley's for those details).Immediately after the drink splashing incident, we got up to leave - my wife's attempt to get me out of there before I really lost my cool - but not soon enough, because the waiter reappeared and I let him have it verbally, demanding he explain himself as to why he's dumping drinks on the ground and splashing people with them.The waiter's response? He tried to laugh it off, so when I asked why he thought the situation was so funny, he then tried to turn it around on me - as if I were the problem - stating that I was the one who came in with a bad attitude and that I should be the one to apologize to my wife for being in such a pissy mood. Maybe he was partly right on the account that I was in a mood, but I wasn't really sour until I saw they had once again jacked up the prices on nearly everything on the menu. $17.59 for a smash burger?! $20 for ten chicken wings?! Really?In the end, the waiter threatened to call the cops on me. Yep. I'm not sure what he was planning to tell the cops, exactly. It wasn't like I ever got in his face or physically threatened him in any way. I guess maybe he could tell the police, "This man chewed me out for repeatedly splashing his wife with drinks, and he's scary to me, officer, please arrest him!"We left, and it will be forever, never to return. So fuck you, Finley! Never met you in person, but you just lost two of your most loyal customers. Good going. But you know who will be visiting you soon? The WCCHD. And I can only hope you laugh at them like your waiter laughed at me.

Great location, atmosphere, and beer/cocktail selection, but mediocre (and expensive) food and slow service. Probably won't be back.

The ambiance was great. This place has a great covered patio and tons of parking. I had a build your own burger. The burger was just ok, but the fries were delicious. Would come back and try something else. Mimosa bucket was only $17. Not bad!

Visited this restaurant tonight as part of my library's book club holiday event. This was my first visit. Service by Izzie for our group of about 15 people was excellent. I had a pomegranate mule, which was tasty. I also had their patty melt with sweet potato fries. Food was excellent & ample portions. Entree prices were a tad higher than expected, but worth it for the high quality, excellent service, and cozy space.

Stopped in on a Saturday to sit on the patio and watch college football w a friend. Ample seating outside and lots of tv's to easily be able to view the games. They have brunch drink and food specials on the weekends. The cocktails we ordered were great and decently priced. The queso was delicious as an appetizer. For main dishes my friend did the soup of the day w a side salad and I did the sweet heat burger w a dry spice rub sprinkled on the tots as recommended by the waiter. The tots were by far my favorite thing aside from the queso. The burger was also a good burger, I only wish it actually had the sweet heat kick I was looking forward to but overall still a delicious burger. I just like a dish w a kick if it promises to give one. Would definitely eat here again because the menu has so many tasty sounding options.

Used Yelp to find this gem! WOW! Very lively. Plenty of room inside and out. Seat yourself when you come in. Staff is exceptional! Had more that 3 members make sure our drinks were full and the food was perfect. Started off with the cheese curds. Very hot in temperature, so certainly not sitting under a heat lamp I had the burger that had blackberry seasoning. I am horrible. CannotRemember the name. But had sweet potato fries with spicy rub - YUM! Other 2. Burgers were the sweet heat with tots. Every burger plentiful in size and cooked perfectly. Found a super cute outdoor area that would be wonderful in cooler evenings. Large pretty lit up trees. Cannot wait to go again.

I've been here several times and the food is always amazing. The food does take kind of long to get to the table, but it's super worth it. The servers are always nice. The place is always clean. There's a casual sophisticated vibe that I like.

Really enjoyed this great neighborhood spot, both bar and restaurant with a great outdoor bar and play area. We started with the fried dill pickles, washed down with some Electric Jellyfish, yum . Entrees were the Smashburger and Sweet Heat. I believe Finley's has the best burgers in Round Rock!This is a neat place, clean, TVs and super friendly team. This is a definite repeater for us.
