We were driving around and discovered this Filipino food truck by chance. We're so glad we did!The Poke Bowl was fresh and reminded me of authentic Hawaiian poke. My fiancé ordered the Pork BBQ plate and the BBQ sticks were full of flavor and the mac salad was good too. My favorite was the Leche Flan; it was so smooth. The owner was really kind to us and their service was great. We would definitely like to order from them again if we're in the area!

Always looking for amazing Asian places and this hits the spot! It's a Filipino and Hawaiian food truck and the owner is so nice! We arrived on a Saturday night around 7pm. Weather was absolutely perfect to sit outside and it was not busy at all. They do make the food fresh after you order so you might have to wait 20min or so but worth it. The poke bowl was so flavorful, fresh, and the furikake rice was the perfect complement. Chicken Katsu was my favorite as each piece was crispy, juicy, and the sauce made it even better. Mac and cheese salad, can't go wrong. Pork bbq skewers were super flavorful and portion sizes were generous. I highly recommend checking them out if you're in the area, date night, craving Asian food, or just something new!

Returned to try the leche flan and the lumpia. The lumpia was crispy and well worth the price, ab order comes with 5 pieces! Because we weren't able to get the leche flan last time, the same person helping us gave us extra and it was delicious and creamy!Got the loco moco again but will definitely be back to try the other dishes.

Excellent food truck experience. My girlfriend and I both got the Loco Moco which comes with a dessert! The plate is a very generous amount of food and real tasty. the flan is a small portion but the texture is amazing and very sweet for a small treat at the end of an already tasty meal. Side note: a loco moco we ordered accidentally tipped over and spilled all over the ground, my girlfriend brought it to the attention of the food truck worker who happily made another plate. I'd happily give this food truck my business again. Very grateful to know good people and service is around atx.

Sarap! The Filipino pork BBQ brought back memories of the pork BBQ my Lolo (grandfather in Filipino) would grill up for the family party every New Year's Eve. It was a real Ratatouille moment - you know, with the food critic being reminded of his childhood upon taking that first bite. Well, it's not quite on the same level as my Lolo's but it's pretty damn good if they can do that. The pork BBQ specifically I feel is difficult to find in the Austin metro area, so I'm happy Far East Far West is close to me. I always gotta get the lumpia too. Their katsu and shoyu chicken are also good but I haven't tried anything else from the menu yet. Looking forward to trying their poke, lau lau, and loco moco sometime. As for their pork adobo, I prefer chicken but I want to try this too sometime. It's nice to have a good option for Filipino food that's closer to me than Little Mama's, as well as a second option for Hawaiian food besides Shoyu Sugar. I'll keep coming for sure. Maraming salamat (at magandang gabi bayan...sorry, corny joke for any Filipinos who watched TV Patrol growing up), Far East Far West!

This was really good. I came by on my way home from work. I bought the Hawaiian chicken meal. Was very filling. I actually couldn't eat the whole thing. Had left overs for lunch. Chicken was super moist with so much flavor. The rice was good. I had a macaroni salad, and flan for dessert. I can't wait to try their lumpia and pancit. I'll be back again to try more of their menu! Such a great food truck park. There about 8 to 10 other trucks.

I was so excited to try and so glad I did! It was hard to decide what to eat, because I wanted to try everything. I was able to narrow it down and so happy with my decision. I will definitely want to return to try their other plates. So, The pork BBQ was made to perfection the meat was tasty and the sauce made it so much better. It came with a Hawaiian macaroni salad and my only regret is that I didn't order more. The rice and veggies were also a perfect combination with the pork BBQ. Now, my fave part was that the plate included a dessert. I picked the leche flan and it was the right sweetness after having a nice meal. The kimchee shrimp was so hard to stop eating and it was seasoned so well. Both lumpia's are exactly what you want from Filipino food.

Amazing Poke hands down ! best bang for your bucks too. $9 for a bowl of deliciousness. Will def be back here for Poke.I also got a katsu bowl, which is 8/10. the veggies is yummy ! The owner is Filipino and was raised in Hawaii. He is truly the def of a small business mom and pop. It seems like there is just him in the kitchen so def come by and support when you can. You wont be disappointed ! Tips : this is located in a food truck lots with many others trucks, but when I came, his truck was the only one that open ( on a sunday night ) . Though it's a food truck, they have a restroom on site for guest, you just have to ask.

So being Filipino it's great to have an option for adobo without having to spend a couple hours at home making it is great. The food is authentic and the owners are so nice and courteous! Take a minute and stop by, have some bbq sticks and macaroni salad, you won't be disappointed!!!

A Filipino Hawaiian food truck located in north west austin near Travis lake. This is the first time I had Lua Lau, but according to the chef, they steam the pork and vegetables for 8 hrs. So the pork was very tender. The pork was a bit too fatty for me as I can get sensitive to very fatty food. The side dishes, the poke, was pretty good. I was very fully by the end of the meal. So you get good amount of food for a good price. According to my friends, their menu is served very common Hawaiian food. So if you never had it before, try Hawaiian food without going to Hawaii, you can come here.
