Great wedding venue for 200+ guests. Acoustics not so great.

I attended a gala there this week. The space is amazing and the staff is professional and courteous. The food though was another story! Not good! The rice wasn't cooked, there was something that resembled unknown parts of a chicken and green beans which were bearable. If you go for an event there eat first!

I recently was a guest at an event hosted at Fair Market. I loved the exterior, it made for a great space for cocktail hour. The interior had a country, rustic feel. It perfectly fit the size for the event I attended. I used rideshare so can't comment on parking. My only critical feedback is that I wished the bathroom had better lighting! Great experience overall.

Obviously our event was not the usual, but it is also not my first at this location. I am only reviewing the location!Courtyard available, large open space big enough for a band and some vendors or a lot of fans, and bathrooms. But they could use another set. Good venue, great location. Uber or Lyft tho- little to zero parking. But that's kinda nice so you're not tempted to drive.

This venue is huge and I mean HUGE!!! The event held here during SXSW was so cool and colorful. We were able to paint our own sweatshirts, which was a super fun and creative interactive experience. We proceeded to enter the outdoors, which was also pretty large for the property on the east side near downtown. There was live music and free energy drinks. This is a great venue for events both indoors and out.

The event space is FANTASTIC!!! Keep in mind it's always different events and popups so THAT part of the experience is on that group - Fair Market as a location for events is literally perfect. Large indoor space and beautiful outdoor open area with some shade and some wide open. I've done tequila events here with luchadores wrestling and taco events etc. Best spot to throw a party for sure!

It was very cute venue but a little bit too small for the event they were having today. It would be good for a family reunion or corporate event. Parking was a little scarce but there were areas around the venue that had pay to park after 6 PM. Luckily today's event was during the day and so parking was free.If you were coming in from San Antonio it is off of sixth street not heading into town ,but off to your right a couple of blocks down. There are bars and a B cycle stand at the corner of sixth and Medina which is a block away.

I've been here a couple of times, at least. Once a few years back for a SXSW event, and most recently for a whiskey event. Hard to review an event venue but it seems to be a pretty great layout for these kind of events, and I believe they do a ton of weddings, too. Doesn't hurt that I don't need to worry about parking or Uber as I can walk here from my home!

This is a great venue! I came here for the Austin Film Festival/Texas Film Commission BBQ Supper and I loved the set up! This is a growing neighborhood with lots of construction, but despite that the venue maintained its curb appeal. This venue has an outdoor area that is fairly large, and since the property sits on a street corner, there is plenty of easy access points for caterers and other service workers. But don't worry, the street noise is barely audible. Inside, there is a large warehouse type area, giving off a charming industrial feel. Lights are strung up to accentuate this. The space is pretty bare, but hey, it's a blank canvas for whatever your event may desire. The inside warehouse area is also accessible by the street, allowing cars to even drive into the space. While these access points are amazing for workers, the parking situation for attendees is a bit pricey. Street parking is available from 8 am to 12 am for about 1 dollar an hour, and there is a pricey parking garage around the corner. I would say this is a great space for large groups and, spring, summer, or early fall events! Many venue employees are around to help you with whatever you may need!

I've been to a few events here - SXSW concert, startup games, and recently the Bloody Mary Festival. It's a nice, industrial indoor/outdoor space that's well-maintained. I always have a nice time at events here, and it's more spacious than it even looks.

Do NOT recommend this company. We booked an event with them, unfortunately I got seriously ill, we rebooked under pressure and got a date that we subsequently found impossible to get sponsorship support for.Laurel was more than unhelpful every step of the way, they are uncontactable. We lost an unreasonable amount of funds and held no event. They forced us to sign a termination letter or use the date, were extremely rude throughout and unapproachable.I love the great city of austin and this had the potential to be a great venue. Its very rare I would leave such a review but what they have done to a small firm like us is just robbery, they have done zero and decided to take all our cash and run. When asked to speak to the owners was ignored.Don't trust them at all, I would say steer clear unless you want to interact with by far the worst company I've dealt with in austin over the last 10 years of being here.
