Food: Great! The chips & salsa were great. The salsa had a smoky flavor that made it addictive, and the chips were great. The tacos were delicious as well. What's cool is that you can order tacos individually or order a plate combo that comes with rice & beans (which were tasty as well). The Crema Enchiladas were great too. No complaints.We had the El Vampiro & the Mangonada drinks. I don't think the El Vampiro paired well with the meals, but it was still good!The Service: our waitress was friendly. She kind of disappeared near the end of our meal when it came to check out. I'm not sure what happened there. We were still greeted by another individual who helped us check out.Ambiance: the restaurant seemed a bit small when you walked inside, but the tables were very roomy, and it looks like they can host bigger tables if needed. The artwork around the restaurant was also a nice touch. I love that it's family-owned.I'd come back here again. Definitely recommend!

Frozen margaritas are a great option here especially during hot weather days. Ambiance is not fine dining and very casual. Outdoor areas had misters.I got service quickly and bar had plenty of room and tvs. Food was good but not great. Chicken was tender but there wasn't much flavor too it, their sauces helped add the flavor. Chips and salsa was Doritos and salsa and just not the same when hot out of the fryer chips.Service was great and with a smile. This is a casual place for me as it's close by.

Worst menudo I've ever seen. The meat looked black and old. Waiter claimed they make it fresh. This one looked like it was made fresh 2 weeks ago. I didn't eat it.

After moving to this area I was seriously let down by the main Mexican food place in town, El Taquitos has a solid Mexican martini, chips and salsa on point and the tacos are the way I like, individual if you want or with rice and beans. I get a mix of three different when I go and have never left wanting more. Best in the area for sure, just be patient, when they get busy they are a small staff. Be nice and tip well!

Just visited this place for the first time. Very mixed experience, the food that we had there was great, the ambience and the overall of the restaurant was great. They were great music. The server we had was very kind, however, the app we ordered never came, I received my food very quickly I finished my food before our server came back which is when we asked when my partners dinner would come out. She seemed shocked we hadn't received it and said she'd put it in again. I ended up ordering dessert and his food still wasn't out. We ended up asking for it to go only to find out when we got home, all of the food that came with that plate, was not in the container......

Update to my 4 year old review. They have made a huge change and so far everything has been excellent. It seems to be run very well, the food is excellent, and online ordering was fixed. They are our go to for takeout.
